Nice and quiet. Good location close to punnawithi and bang chak BTS stations. 7-11 just down the road and a great little Thai restaurant opposite.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the parking lot, but the room was clean. 15 minutes walk from the station felt a bit far. There were only a few local food restaurants around. There are almost no amenities and almost no services. It feels more like a rental apartment than a hotel. As everyone has commented, it's suitable for long-term stays and people who buy and prepare their own amenities, but I don't think it's suitable for people who imagine staying in a hotel.

Nothing great but not worst either.Had issues with the a/c every day and even though it was fixed straight away it was quite annoying.At least the fridge is big enough and everything else seemed to be working.It was ‘aight for one.

I enjoyed my last 2 nights at this hotel. It is good value and a nice quiet area 10 minute walk to the BTS. I preferred it out here then near all the nightlife and action. The room is big and comfy with good wifi and a belcony. There is a free gym too. No early check in allowed unless you pay 300 baht though. I will stay again next time.

Very quiet area with little noise from neighbors or traffic Washing machine for clothes (20 baht) Small gym (free) Lots of parking Good wifi Fridge/water/coffee Small balcony for drying clothes Some fantastic local restaurants nearby 7/11 5 mins walk Very cheap around 13USD a night Powerful A/C Very friendly service Can pay cash Cons: Shower too low for my height Bed is hard Pillows are awful No chair so difficult to work on laptop No room safe for valuables 10 minute walk to BTS Nothing to do in the area after 10pm (good for me but maybe not you) No bathroom amenities at all Room only cleaned 2 times in 7 nights No English from the girl (the guy speaks) Overall it's fantastic value for money. If long term staying in BKK I highly recommend it but if you are here a short while and want to see the sights or have fun the location is too far away.
