Oakwood Hotel & Residence Bangkok Reviews

First of all, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the pier and BTS station. The service staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The room design is warm and reasonable, very clean, with a smart toilet, and the toiletries are of high quality and complete, even equipped with a toothbrush. I have to thank the hotel for keeping the hat I forgot in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here when you come to Bangkok

Was good hotel in the heart of bangkok

Entered the school and met a new employee (she said she had only been working for 3 days) and was given a key card for room 902 (we checked in at 2:30 p.m., almost 3 p.m.), so we went up to 902. In conclusion, we found the room hadn't been collected yet. And the cleaning staff is very cute. I quickly asked for a key card and went down to clear the form. In less than 2 minutes, a male employee got on the elevator and took me down to wait at the check-in counter. Told me to wait for a room. We said no. We asked to wait for a friend's room at Stay on the other floor first. The employee said yes and would take him to you. We waited in our friend's room for about 3-4 minutes. The staff gave me a new room keycard and told me to come in. It was 903 instead. The room was clean and there was a shower set provided. There is no shaving set, there is a minibar, but coffee capsules must add 35 baht/piece. The bathroom is clean, the toilet flushes automatically. There is no outside balcony. There is no morning sickness. If accepted, must add 300 for a single bed mattress. Sleep comfortably, bed is good. Soft face blanket, comfortable sleep

Everything fine. Free laundry! But I think they should give you a tooth brush and paste kit

The hotel looks good, the rooms are small and clean. But the sound insulation is very poor. I was woken up early in the morning by the alarm clock in the next room, and then there were the sounds of walking back and forth, playing music, and cleaning outside the door. Very close to the pier and convenient transportation.

The room was nice small and bright. The hot water in the shower was a bit difficult to control. There were alot of Indian tourist so the breakfast was catered to their taste bud hence it was not worth the $11.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is pretty good, but it faces an elevated highway, which is a bit congested. The traffic situation is really not good, so if you need to take a taxi, leave as early as possible. The overall value for money is average. It's a bit expensive. It's not worth the price. The breakfast is really delicious.

The environment and service are very good, especially close to the pier and Sky Train. It is very convenient to go anywhere in Bangkok! The surroundings are very quiet at night, the breakfast is rich, and the price/performance ratio is very good!

Hotel staff is v friendly and helpful but the toilet drainage is v smelly

Love the Japanese bidet toilet. Reasonably sized room and location very closed to BTS and the pier connecting you to all major tourist attractions. Front desk staffs were major helpful and friendly, however, cleanliness of linens and towels are questionable. The linen weren’t crisp and we afraid it was never changed after the previous guest. We found a huge yellow stain mark on the sheet and asked to change the entire bed linens only to have the sheet changed and others remain. Towels also have many dirty stains, so maybe can improve on this.
