The hotel doesn’t look like 4 star hotel. No meet expectation as seems like 3 star hotel. Abit small room. Swimming pool small, bed frame got sound & bedsheet change ready still got dark spot, Cleanliness so so only. Strategic location near BTS. Hotel service friendly.

Second time I stayed here and so I have no problem finding the hotel. The facilities are all functioning well and the cleaning service efficient.

Nice room, friendly staff, good place to stay. I came little bit earlier but i could check in immediately. I didn’t expect that so that was friendly.
Difficult to walk on the streets, no sidewalk, but I think the whole area has the same problem so its not something the hotel can solve.

Great hotel and rooms are newly renovated but just be careful with the bed edges that may hit when wanna pass through from corner. Comfy bed and Housekeeping personel did a great job. Khun Thanyaporn, Nooma & the Receptionist on duty Sunday afternoon shift (cant get her name) were very helpful and friendly for all the request prior and upon checked-in as well as during the stay. Recommended hotel and will stay again when back to BKK. Welcome Fuji Apple was simple and nice 😊

Citrus Sukhumvit 13 – Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location
I recently stayed at Citrus Sukhumvit 13 and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the Sukhumvit area, just a short walk from both Nana and Asok BTS stations, making it easy to explore Bangkok.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was occasionally spotty, which made it challenging to work remotely at times. Additionally, while the hotel offers breakfast, the selection was somewhat limited, and I opted to explore nearby cafes for more variety.
Overall, Citrus Sukhumvit 13 offers good value for its location and amenities. It's a suitable choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Bangkok.
