Great location, walking distance to lots of food and shopping. Receptionist is friendly and helpful.

Best hotel services, the staff was friendly

It was an old, dirty and smelly hotel. I stayed in a similarly priced hotel in Barcelona two weeks ago, and it was noticeably worse than that hotel. The interior feels like an old motel, and the windows are covered, so it's very stuffy. In the bathroom, the smell of sewage continued to rise, probably because the humidity was not managed properly, or because the first floor was the lower floor. The duvet was so old that there were holes in it. There are a lot of Koreans, but I hate it. When I told the reception that it smelled, there was no apology, and they said they would tell the person in charge after checking out.

Great location. Loved the room decor. The tea in the lobby and room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Concern with Bunk bed- seemed unsteady every time my 13 year old son got on top bunk but I trust beds are tested for safety. Room did not have shampoo, welcome kit, or laundry bag- minor issues. Requested shampoo and laundry bag and staff promptly provided.

The location of the property is excellent, located nearby many sites and easily walkable. As a family of 4, we appreciate the space, and having breakfast included helped us start our day.

Very convenient location, good room condition

Excellent hotel. A few steps to Las Ramblas and main shopping area. The front desk manager was very attentive and helpful, we felt like at home. The breakfast was amazing, large variety from eggs to fruit, meets snd pastries, absolutely amazing. Thank you Natalia for such amazing service. We definitely will stay there again when visiting Barcelona.

We arrived hours before check in and they had a safe storage space for our luggage while we walked around the city. The staff was very accommodating and the room was lovely. The high ceilings were unexpected!

Giant quadruple room, interior, which is better as in the Eixample, so great natural light.

Close to all attractions, very safe place and the room had a very good size with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious.

Central to shopping and dining... very walkable!

Good recommendations on request (e.g. a nice tapas restaurant, a bar to watch soccer at night). A staff that cares for its customer. Highlight: at the last day we had to leave early (catching a plane) and therefore could not join the breakfast buffet. Instead we got a nice breakfast served in a bag at 6:30. That’s service!

The property is at a great location (walking distance to La Rambla) with ton on restaurants, shopping and dining options nearby. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the room which looked great when we entered fell short in basic capabilities such as HVAC, Electrical system, room screens etc. Our room for 5 people was super hot and there was no way to cool it down other than leaving the window open through the nut which was noisy and uncomfortable. The staff member on duty did try to locate a fan, but was unsuccessful. The electrical outlet tripped and we couldn't charge our phones through the night before our big trip next day. The bathroom door is also transparent which doesn't work well if you are traveling with friends in a group of 5. I recommend that you focus on the essentials (HVAC, electric outlets, door screens etc). Without that your wonderful room with hot tub, beautiful wall decors, bunk beds for kids and bath accessories will be a let down.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff are excellent especially Alex at the front desk. My friends and I would highly recommend this if you are visiting Barcelona.
