The property was very clean, we loved all the holiday decorations. It was so cozy to sit in the lobby by the fireplace. The staff was friendly and informative. I would definitely stay here again when in the area!

The front desk clerk was very freindly, suggested New Years Eve plans, and spoke to us several tlimes as we entered and exited the hotel. It was quite and very nice.

Specifically booked here because it was suppose to have all its amenities available during our time of loss, booked a week in advance and when arrived half the amenities were unavailable. Front desk service was very hostile when I spoke to them.

Friendly, skilled, professional staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Excellent location downtown, directly across from Conoco-Phillips and the restaurant district. Very comfortable, quiet, clean room. Couldn’t ask for more.

Check-in easy. people in rms both sides of our room noisey at I'd say, normal tone of voice, coffee pot and ice machine didn't work.(no apology for either.) Breakfast was average for motel fair. Employees for breakfast service have good attitudes, helpful, pleasant.

The check in person was nice and the room was good but the breakfast was awful. No healthy options like oatmeal, and the French Toast was stodgy and the sausage all fat. To cap it off two female staff members nearby had a highly personal conversation at 100 decibels.
