Hotel staff is super friendly! Room was nice and clean and the breakfast is great

They tried to say my kids took pillows and tried to charge us but I fought it

The hotel was convenient to where we needed to go, clean and quiet. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

We ended up not checking in at all but drove back home instead. I didn't have the number to call. My bad.

Property stated that it is a SMOKE FREE stay, Immediately checked into my room # 311 … the strong stench of smoke hit me right in my face! I immediately notified the front desk, she offered to come check it out and brought a liquid spray to spray the room and even she noticed the strong tobacco smell… she sprayed on the carpet and furniture but then it bothered my allergies as the evening and morning came!!!! I was NEVER asked to move or be compensated for such disgusting smoke smell in the room # 311 that I was given! Will never 👎 suggest anyone to stay there!

The free breakfast was nice. We experienced two dead crickets while we were here. One was in our bathroom when we checked into our room, and one was under our dining table as we ate breakfast.

Breakfast- burned biscuits everyday x 2 week stay.. informed front desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness was poor, the room was very humid during our entire 10-night stay, and we dealt with several crickets in our room each day.

I paid for a king bedroom online which is what I reserved online for and received a queen bedroom. I was told that I didn’t reserve for a king . Yet I was showing them the confirmation specifically showing that I had a king bed reservation. I paid the price of a king bedroom and that was never fixed. They also told my mother who also reserved for a king bedroom , that they no longer had kings available. Base line is this hotel is offering king bedrooms online. People pay and when you go in they invent some story with no logic and won’t give you the king bedroom yet charge you the same price. I had to sleep with my husband in separate queen beds all 3 days of my stay

The lady that checked me in was fabulous. I horrible with names, but I believe it was Kim. I came to my room and couldn’t get the ac to work she came up to my room with the maintenance man and corrected the problem. The room is very clean. The pool area is nice and clean as well. I will definitely stay here when I’m in the area.

The room was nice and clean with a weird musty smell but mattress was very comfortable sleep all night staff are super sweet and accommodating would definitely stay again

It served its purpose as I was there on business.
