It took an hour to check in. The front desk was not particularly familiar with the business, but Ctrip customer service was very responsible. Thank you.

Night Receptionist was not very friendly or knowledgeable. Breakfast was dried out muffins, severely bruised apple and terrible coffee.
There was no vanity area in the bathroom-only a sink.
Microwave discusting and didn't work.

TV controller not working and no help with replacement, exterior doors unlocked and remained during night.smoke alarm seemed inoperable, pulled from ceiling, carpet with stains,uncleaned feeling of room.

Place is clean, friendly staff, pool ok, and breakfast ok I had to make it clear of what I needed and they complied after I arrived Took time to put light back in bathroom and they cleaned only if asked to in room. Good to stay for price and area
