The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly big as well. The overall environment was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Among the hotels around the Kepong and Selayang area, I would say this is definitely one of the best. The breakfast was also really good with a nice variety of choices. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Although the hotel is in a somewhat dodgy area, there's plenty of parking, the rooms are clean, and the gym and pool are in good condition. We ordered in-room dining, seafood fried rice and char kway teow; the prices were standard for a hotel, but the quantity matched the price. Parking was validated for free. The only thing that could be improved is the buffet breakfast, both in terms of taste and options.

5 stars! I'm very satisfied with the service and the comfortable rooms. However, I frequently stay at this hotel for work, and when I bring my family, I book two rooms. It's quite disappointing that the hotel isn't able to provide connecting rooms for my children and me.

I could easily get ready in my room and head straight down to the function space without rushing.   Spacious and Clean Rooms: The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a reliable Wi-Fi connection, which was great for finalizing last-minute preparations.   Hassle-Free Parking: The hotel offers convenient parking right next to the entrance/basement, making loading and unloading event gear very easy.   Decent Facilities: The property features a nice indoor swimming pool and gym if you need to unwind before or after your event. Cons: Subdued Room Lighting: The lighting in the room is a bit dim in the evening due to the warm yellow setup. If you need bright lighting for makeup or detailed preparation, you might find it slightly lacking.   Average Dining: The breakfast options are fair but relatively standard. There are local eateries within walking distance, but general shopping options in the immediate area are limited.   Soundproofing: The walls are a bit thin, so you might occasionally hear noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms.   Price-to-Value Ratio: For a 4-star hotel, the room rates are incredibly reasonable and competitive for the area. The price-to-value ratio is excellent, especially if you are attending an event on-site. The convenience alone saves you time and transport costs, making it well worth the money. Verdict: Highly recommended for business travelers, event attendees, or anyone needing a functional, comfortable stay in the Selayang/Batu Caves area. I would definitely stay here again for future events.

Business trip nearby. Should be one of the nice hotel around that area.

We need to put up a night somewhere before we reach Genting from Melaka. Thank you Mercure hotel for being there as im that area I think Mercure is the best option. We took 2 rooms, but one of the room had unpleasant odors, hope hotel can improve. The rest are all nice. Will come again.

The room was spacious, but it felt quite dim at night due to the yellow lighting. The front desk staff member, Az____, could improve on being more polite when dealing with customers. At times, she seemed a bit unfriendly, with minimal smiling, and her responses to questions were not very welcoming.

The location wise is good for those are travelling to rawang and Kepong or even Gombak. Because it’s consider in the middle of the area mentioned above. Then in the morning for me going to rawang, it is against the traffic so it’s a strategic place for me. For food actually can go further down to Kepong but the traffic is really hectic. But it is worth to stay there The cleanliness should be improve for the carpet in the room. For toilet it’s good enough.

Clean and spacious. But there are a lot of ambulance passby in midnight as the hotel was located beside the hospital

The location is convenient, and easily accessible. The parking is convenient, is near to the lobby. The room is clean and comfortable. The gym is great. The staff are helpful and friendly.
