Second time at this location, first time at Be Live . I have no complains. I had issues with the AC not working, I got a new room and everything was even better. Service was always great. Food was delicious, staff was always super happy and joyful. My favorite restaurant was La Mario, and Aneury Benjamin was not only very attentive to all details and requests made, but also very polite, very well spoken, great energy and there's just a calm vibe about him that makes every meal there extremely enjoyable I recommend this to anyone looking for a chill gateway. There's really nothing missing. Club on site, lots of pools, ******, numerous food options

Bit of a poor start...we were flooded after 1 day and had to change room....not good....but since then, all is good...Sunclub adults only pool, drinks service is terrific....Yurke is so sweet, brings lots of drinks, always looking after everyone. Resort has minor problems like lots of places BUT the staff, everywhere, are fantastic...please don't blame them for anything. On our second last day and still enjoying ourselves.

We had a rough start to our trip but the front desk was able to solve this issue. The best part of our stay was eating at kaleidoscope and being serve by Carlos Reyes. He is very attentive and made our meals so enjoyable. The resort has good food, the bartenders make good drinks, and the suites are clean. (We stayed at the adults only)

We stayed at the resort from Thursday to Sunday. By Friday morning, our room had no electricity. Communication from the resort was horrible. Many hours of our trip were spent standing in line to reach someone at the front desk. When I finally made it to a representative he lied and informed me that the power would be back on in 20 minutes. Needless to say, after complaining, missing a deadline to submit a document to someone back home because of the lack of electricity and the comfortability to complete it, we were assigned another room around 5pm because the electricity had still not been restored. The room that we were provided did not have the same amenities that we signed up for. The 2nd room had no soap holder and initially, the TV didn't work. There were no substantial activities for the guests. I could go on and on with the deficiencies of this resort. One positive regarding our stay was that the food was fine. For my inconvenience, they gave me privileges to a bed on the beach with no umbrella and they dared to require me to sign a document stating that they were not admitting fault for the entire building being without electricity. The resort was not worth the money and there is NO sense of urgency from the staff. There was more effort in trying to get us to become Sunscape members instead of providing us with electricity.

We were skeptical after reading the reviews. However we had a good experience. The food was good. Something for everyone. Raquel in the Kalidescope buffet was awesome. We mostly stayed on the adult side so I can’t tell you about the family pools or area. The checkin was not so great but we got past that.we waited from 11-3:00 for our room. When you are tired cause you had to get up at 2 am to catch your flight, all you need is a nap. Then the time share guys who try to tell you they are not time share guys. But we will set you up at our sister hotel for breakfast and a presentation. That is a timeshare. They don’t like to take no for an answer. We finally got rid of them and had a great time.

We visited sunscape coco and it was an okay experience. We did have an above average experience with a few people. One of them was Carlos at the Amazonia restaurant. He was attentive and has a great personality. He made our dining experience a lot of fun!

Spent a week enjoying a welcoming experience. From the moment you arrive you are greeted "Welcome home" and given a eucalyptus towel & beverage to refresh yourself. Check in was warm & efficient and we were accompanied to our ready room. It was clean, well stocked in building 1 with a tropical view. The grounds & buildings are beautiful and well maintained. All employees are so gracious & ready to meet your needs. Special shout out to Yunke a bartender/waitress who took exceptional care of us at the pool & lobby as well as Carlos the concierge who helped resolve an issue for us. Had no problem or hardly a wait for a table having visited all of the restaurants in our week there. The food & service was very good even in the 2 buffets. The drinks at the different bars were never ending & good - weekends can get alittle crazy having a full house, so you may need to be patient. The beach & pools we visited were nice and well taken care of never having a problem getting fresh towels. There are people on the beach selling various things but were not overly aggressive and left us alone after being told no thank you. The night time entertainment and other activities around the resort are also very good. All in all I would return to the Sunscape Coco as it was a good value & experience!
