EEli1902The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious.
We have enjoyed the rooftop above the hotel.
The location is slightly far from the city centre but the possibility of walking.
The quality/price ratio is excellent.
If we are going through the city again, we will take a reservation in this hotel.

GGuest UserHello, we were very disappointed with our room upon arrival.
The room had no television, not a chair, no table, no coat rack, no towel rack, no low lighting, just a large fluorescent tube.
So we had to put everything on the floor, and the smell of Marseille soap was overwhelming.
We were very disappointed to have booked this room.
The room was clean, and fortunately, we received a very warm welcome and understanding from the receptionist that weekend.
We do not recommend this hotel and will not return.
It is better to book a studio with a TV or stay at the Birgit.
A little more, we would have changed hotels.
Good luck to the entire team.

MmarcryuThe location is everything, right in front of the beach. Love the theme of Jules Vernes (name of hotel) and Arsène Lupin which resonated in the rooms. Both of whom had strong associations with Étretat. The building has a very iconic façade.
We had a village-facing room as the sea-facing ones were not available during booking but it had also a pretty decent view. Coffee provided at the hallway at one's disposal. Tea in the room. No AC, so very warm and stuffy at night, could hardly sleep. Wouldn't recommend opening the windows cos of mozzies.
Breakfast spread was generous and delicious. Huge croissants! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

PPleromaaThis is the second time I come here, and everything works perfectly, quiet rooms, very good littery, spacious bathroom with a good flow of water, pleasant calm of the reception.
The service to be able to leave his luggage a few hours more after checkout is very useful, as well as the toilets next to the reception when you don't have the room anymore.
The location is really top, we are also in the sidelines, and I recommend a Chinese fresh pasta restaurant Li Mian, next to the courtyard.
Quality-price ratio and quality customer, with very good staff, it is ideal

GGuest UserThis is such a cozy and romantic little hotel; they gave us a prime balcony room. Parking is convenient in the courtyard, and it's easy to walk to Elephant Trunk Hill. There's also a shopping street and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. The hotel breakfast was delicious; I especially loved the fresh applesauce.

Номер хороший, тихий. Большая кровать, проблем с водой тоже не было. До станции жд 40 минут пешком. В минутах 20 есть торговый центр с Ашаном. Не хватает чайника в номере, это было бы прям плюсом его добавить. А так бюджетный хороший вариант.

陈陈Living by the sea, the outside environment is great. The hotel's facilities are a bit old, and the bed in the room is relatively soft. But the windows are a little leaky, and when there is a strong wind on the beach, the room hums.
The restaurant is recommended by Michelin, and the taste is good.

AAnonymous UserPros: The staff is very nice and welcoming. We had a room on the first floor, which was very convenient since the hotel does not have an elevator. However, if you are traveling only with backpacks, this should not be a problem. Although the hotel is relatively inexpensive, it is very cozy and comfortable. We stayed in a room with three beds: one large bed and two smaller beds, as well as a spacious bathroom. Just be aware that the hotel does not provide slippers, but you can ask for water bottle.
Cons: The towels could be cleaned better, as they already look quite gray and worn. And on the second day, the housekeeping staff only brought fresh towels and did not make the beds.
