很滿意的入住體驗，酒店的服務態度超級好，辦理入住快，房間設施比較新，很乾凈。入住贈送了湯泉，孩子玩的很開心。非常推薦。

環境好，但是服務真的不行

酒店環境安靜，房間空間大

The room is spacious and faces the Expo Park. The hotel is clean and you can take a bath. The mattress is moderately hard. The package I bought also includes tickets to the Wild Duck Lake Scenic Area, which is very convenient. The hotel provides free parking and a children's play area. The hotel service is also very thoughtful. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the surrounding supermarkets.

Bringing the elderly and children to stay for one night, let me tell you my real feelings. First, the service is really good. Seeing that I brought the elderly and children, I was specially upgraded to two parent-child rooms for free. No matter what I asked at the front desk, they were very patient and detailed. The attitude was serious and polite, and they delayed the check-out until two o'clock. The hotel has such excellent staff, which made me feel the professionalism of the hotel. Second, the hotel room is clean, tidy, spacious and convenient. The room was cleaned very quickly during the stay. I called to help clean the dirty floor, took away the takeaway box, and replenished several bottles of Nongfu Spring. The room service was also timely. Third, the environment is perfect, there are hot springs, World Expo Park, and Qibabu Children's Park, which are all very close. The elderly and children like it very much, and I look forward to coming again next time.

衞生還不錯，

房間面積很大，風景好，衞生很乾凈。酒店自助早餐，有中式和西式，品類很全，會送野鴨湖門票和野餐盒，適合週末短途旅遊居住。游泳池水質不錯。

服務：工作人員都很熱情，服務態度好 在世園公園對面，我們是奔着野鴨湖去的，很方便

房間很好 床品 浴缸 衞生間都很乾凈 沒什麼太大問題 酒店早餐也很豐盛。 唯一有點意見 浴室燈晚上是感應的 上趟廁所整個全亮了 還得手動關燈 很麻煩。 另外今天中午突然下雨 不太方便出行 客房還幫忙延遲了退房時間

還是很好的，衹是房間附近有施工工地。但是不吵的

酒店環境非常好，服務貼心，贈送了湯泉票，世園會和奇巴布樂園的票，小朋友非常開心，中餐廳菜品很好，味道很棒～
