行政禮遇:還不錯 來過多次，比較方便

前台Grace非常專業，check in的過程體驗感很愉快，酒店位置不錯，入住帝都的首選。

As a hotel lover, I checked in at the Westin Financial Street Hotel this time. The suite I booked on Ctrip was not a square room type, so I paid extra to upgrade to an executive suite with a square room type. When checking in, the front desk said: Sorry it's too late today, I will send a fruit plate to your room tomorrow. I thought to myself that the fruit plate and welcome gifts should all be arranged in the room before the suite is checked in, and even if the guest changes rooms temporarily, they will be quickly added to the new room. Why did she say "it's late today", it's not already nine or ten o'clock in the evening. Because it was my first time staying at this hotel in Financial Street, I didn't say anything. I thought tomorrow would be tomorrow. So, I checked into a big old suite with no welcome gift. Maybe the hotel has not been renovated for many years and is very old. When I returned to the room the next night, the fruit plate mentioned by the front desk was still nowhere to be found. Don't expect other welcome gifts. Even the executive lounge treatment was something I asked the front desk for myself. I was thinking that if I didn't take the initiative to ask for it, I might not be given it. The breakfast in the executive lounge is not very varied and the quality is worrying. I ordered an egg roll and it came out in an unknown shape. Overall, the hotel is in a good location, next to the Financial Street Shopping Center, but the traffic is a bit awkward, between two subway stations. This is a hotel with few services, and the room service response is relatively slow.

性價比挺高

環境房間還不錯，入住時候前台哥們很耐心。後續有工作人員不知道哪個電梯能去地下停車場有點讓我震驚。

4月19日，我攜帶8歲的女兒入住北京金融街威斯丁酒店，4月20日夜11點左右發現廁所馬桶有異響，當時由於我們都已經洗完澡了穿着睡衣，考慮到都是女性，就暫時沒報修，差不多12點異響還沒結束，我就打電話到禮賓部保修，當時是智能電話，後續人工打給我，我説了情況，不一會維修師傅來房間，男性微胖師傅，來弄了一會兒，説是上水問題，估計在衞生間觀察了20分鐘左右，後續沒問題就走了，當時已經快一點了，我也就沒再打電話，第二天由於睡的太晚，我就沒去故宮，早上我到前台投訴了這件事情一開始曹姓經理説他給我去調查這個事情，作為賠償給我住宿費打對摺。我覺得處理還行，也就算了。然後來了第一個電話説查下來沒有發生，我又具體的描述了當晚的情況，第二個電話他承認了事情的經過，但表示師傅來的時候並沒有發現異常。我基本知道了，酒店是不肯賠償也不肯認這個事情，大北京一個五星級酒店為了半天的房價，覺得我沒事找事一個女的大半夜給他們客房打電話鬧着玩？攜程看得到我的消費記錄，可以看下我平時住什麼價位的酒店，威斯汀在我住的酒店裡算什麼檔次，為了幾百塊我拖兒帶女也懶得和你們現場爭論，污衊我無中生有，真有你們的。這輩子不會再住威斯汀，親朋好友能勸退全部勸退，幾百塊我當喂狗，威斯汀幾個房管也就這點水平，也出來丟人顯眼。幾百塊的事情讓我吃蒼蠅，攜程也中間調節過，威斯汀根本不當回事，差評提醒後來人，不想被這裏牛皮糖的處理方式噁心到的，慎重入住。

這次是替友人訂的酒店。退房後問過友人，酒店實施和環境一如既往的極其舒適，服務也非常棒。因為預訂時僅僅收了保證金，為了付款一事，麻煩了酒店的 Amanda 劉幫助協調完成，酒店及員工們的貼心服務讓住客感受非常好。以後衹要在金融街住宿，仍然會選擇威斯汀酒店

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The takeaway I ordered was stolen. I contacted the hotel front desk, but they said they didn't see it and suggested I call the police. I called the police around 10pm, but at 1:30am they told me that the takeaway guy took it away and that I should file a case at the police station to investigate further. This is how a five-star hotel handles things. It's really speechless.
