Moreover, the name of the hotel on Ctrip is not accurate. The name on Ctrip is also transliterated. The real name of the hotel can be found in the picture I took (Picture 1). Don’t look at the photos of the hotel, because the photos of the hotel are simply deceptive (the actual photos are taken by me.), the photos look so modern, and the price seems pretty good. Plus, because of the itinerary, I booked it at that time. I wanted to enjoy the hotel for two nights, but I didn't expect it to be so bad. The price of the Sumanoizukan next to it (there is no such hotel on Ctrip, but I saw it on booking later) is similar to it, but from the hotel lobby to the service awareness of the service staff, it is quite modern and considerate. It was perfect! It was a hot spring trip with my parents. The kaiseki was great and the facilities were quiet and beautiful, so my parents and I were satisfied. I want to go again! However, I was curious because the water in the hot springs (outdoor and indoor) was dirty...😭I wonder if they don't clean it or if it's supposed to be done that way!! Anyway, the accommodation itself was the best!!👍

Choose dinner and breakfast, it's really worth it. It's just difficult to communicate in English. Employees must go after people.

I stayed for 2 nights, and both nights the food was slightly different and I was satisfied. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was delicious. Dessert in the lobby after breakfast. There aren't many varieties, but the warmth is conveyed by the fact that you can take them home with you to your room. The bathroom was also clean, but I wish it had a quick wiper if possible. I couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner in the changing room of the open-air bath, so I was sweating profusely after I left. All the employees were very kind and worked hard.

This is a very cost-effective ryokan. The use of the private bath is impressive and quiet. The staff service is very friendly. However, if you arrive at Hakata Airport late in the afternoon, you will miss the shuttle to your hotel accommodation from the east side of Beppu Station if you take the bus. The last shuttle is at 6pm. Please note that in this case, taking a taxi will cost about 15,000 won. There are no convenience stores nearby.

All the employees were really kind, I was able to refresh myself in the hot springs, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. Since there was a room available, I was upgraded to a higher grade, so I had nothing to complain about. The one disappointing thing is that our sightseeing schedule was far away from each other, so we couldn't take a leisurely stroll as we checked out early, so I would like to stay again and fully enjoy it this time.
