Holiday Inn New Orleans Airport North Reviews

Perfect for me as I just needed a place to sleep for 1 night after arriving on a very late flight.

Stayed here because of my early flight. Beds are comfortable. Location is number 1. Easy access to the airport.

The room is large and clean, with good air and very comfortable. There was a small incident during the airport pick-up, which was solved satisfactorily by Ctrip's butler. When leaving the country, you still have to use the domestic app to find Ctrip's reliable and considerate service.

The hotel itself was good. However the guest service person was literally yelling profanity with another employee in front of us and other guests. It was very uncomfortable for us all. I am extremely disappointed with this.

Had a wonderful stay my first time in New Orleans! My next time I’ll definitely stay here again!

As nice as the Hilton down the road. Staff went out of there way to make sure we had a relaxing stay. The room was clean, well appointed and well proportioned.

Hotel rooms were clean and nice for this property. Area around hotel are not nice but fine for a quick stay if you have an early flight. Hotel restaurant is mediocre. The restaurant is very short staffed and food was hit or miss.

It was ok not dirty not exactly cleaned top notch. Convenient near the airport and fair prices.

I was concerned at first because I read they had no hot water. If that was correct, that problem was fixed. Hot water was not an issue at all. All in all, great stay.

Waited 30 mins for shuttle at airport and then it never picked me up. Ended up unerring to hotel.

Perfect for a hotel close the airport. Beds were comfy. The staff were kind and helpful.

Nothing unique just very convenient and easy to get to. Everything i need is on property when i get here.

Terrible service. Hotel Clerk was rude. She did not want to do any more then she had to.. She did not try and accommodate our team.. We did not even stay here at Hotel. We ended up booking another hotel across street at Comfort Inn... I will be demanding refund because we did not stay.

We have stayed here several times. Its very convenient and safe. Everyone is always so friendly ♡
