It is a great place. It is in the center of Ürgüp and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You can trust and ask for all the attractions near Kapadokya. Thank u so much for everything and i put my intention to come again and stay here. Thank u.

The hotel is giving a rustic vibe. The room is clean and spacious. It is walking distance from all the stores or from the downtown. The staff are nice and helpful. It is comfortable to stay here. I will surely stay on this hotel again if ever that I will have a trip in Cappadioca

Otel cok temiz oda boyutları gayet iyi. Başta Derya hanım olmak üzere oteldeki herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Lokasyon merkezi. Beş çift olarak gittik ve hepimiz çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ediyoruz.

I think it's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen, the staff is always smiling, they can be sure that I will come again I strongly recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying, you can feel as comfortable as your home.

Old hotel with very basic aminities. Armchair and a table in our room were broken, I complained to reception and they gave us another room (it did feel like we were the only guests in a hotel). In new room 2 out of 3 lights were not working, they did change the bulbs next morning after I complained. Room cleaning is hard to notice, the only way to say someone was in a room is that one towel (out of 4!) in a bathroom was folded. There is obviously lack of training and understanding of what proper service is. It is a village in the middle of Turkey, so no I didn’t have high expectations but not working lights and not making up the bed …come on. Breakfast is super basic: bread, cheese, boiled eggs, jam, tea, mandarins, apples. For coffee I recommend to walk 1min to a coffee shop nearby. In general, you get what you paid for. With zero efforts from hotel staff to make it better. Very disappointing.

The lighting at night was really gloomy and they was no ventilation in the bathroom except through the bedroom. Rooms could be noisy with customers drinking. Rooms are all the same. Staying at similar priced in the diffrent places, this was the worst. The standard is generally much higher in Turkey and Urgup than Akuzun Hotel.

Hotel rooms are not like in the photo, do not pay any money without seeing the hotel and the rooms. Photo taken with a wide angle lens. They don't give your money. Hotel management is rude. Too much noise on a busy road, very good place for noise sleepers.

Very old and bad hotel, very narrow rooms, breakfast terrible (they even put stale nuts, but actually we couldn't eat) It is good to be careful with your belongings and money. The road was very very noisy on Friday and Saturday night. You can wake up to the laughter of people drinking.

beautiful hotel with nice lobby ... fast reception and very nice staff .. manager immediately came to speak with us in English ... very good and varied breakfast ... The hotel does not have air conditioning but they brought us a fan in the room
