The hotel was beautiful, well maintained, great location (beach access) and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was the bed and pillows for a 4 star hotel I would think that the beds (not comfortable) and pillows (extremely flat) would be of better quality, but other than that great hotel especially for a solo traveler.

Great place would definitely go back grey location friendly staff and the place was clean as well and they extended or check out time because something came up free of charge

Beautiful resort right on beach with great service.

The resort charges an additional resort tax of US$39.2 per day. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and PET bottles of water and coffee machines are provided in the rooms. There is a fee for hotel parking. The bed is very comfortable and the room has a sense of design.

If more than two people are staying in our room and have paid the resort fee we should get enough beach chairs for all 4 people. That fee for extra beach chairs was frustrating. Overall we had a great stay though

We were there for a shell collecting tour on the 10,000 Islands. We stayed at the property before and it was amazing. This year, ******* was supposed to have booked us an Ocean front suite, top 2 floors. We had 2nd floor, no Ocean view at $1,250 per night. I was slightly frustrated!! It was also cold!! The restaurant was too cold to eat in. When it is 58 degrees outside, you need to turn on the heat.. nobody wants to be cold at a Beach front resort. Also the hallways were freezing as well. This is what happens when the management isn’t paying attention. Lots of older Ladies in coats!! Locally we checked out a day early and got 2 nights credited back to our account, so kudos to ******* for doing that.. Next year we will book directly with Hilton

The beach staff, pool staff, dining and cleaning staff were all very friendly. While we have stayed here more than once (it is a nice hotel), I find it to be overpriced - daily parking fees, resort fees, the convenience store in hotel was ridiculously priced, etc… Rooms were ok but nothing special for the price.

One critique: no bedside alarm clock…no clock! No information booklet or pen/paper. There was a bar code to scan for hotel info. Bottom line, we Don’t have an I phone and so we’re technically handicapped! Loved our stay.

This was our first time staying at this resort, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was phenomenal, very attentive and were always willing to help. Our favorites were the bellhop guys, thanks for taking such good care of us. If you are wondering about purchasing the add-on for breakfast every day, do it. it’s a $70 value for two and it’s a full breakfast buffet. The View from room 519 was absolutely stunning. We met so many amazing people, complete strangers that you can just sit down and have conversations with any given time. Thanks for having the heaters out on this cooler week however We were still pretty sunburned by the end of each day.

The resort is great but there is not much for children. There is no child pool so there are babies with diapers in the hot tub. The hot tub is kind of small for such a large resort. Otherwise, the rooms are nice, the food was great and the closeness to the beach is perfect.

it is a lovely setting on the beach and offers lots of views to enjoy the ocean and this lovely town. the hotel needs a bit of tlc to make it a five star hotel, attention to detail matters. the staff were very friendly and helpful, which was delightful. Marco Island is for the rich so plan to drop some coin for your visit for sure.

The beach was the most beautiful of the Florida beaches I have been to. They keep the seaweed off the beach and keep it clean. So pretty with the white sand. I don’t want to leave here!
