The hotel was beautiful, well maintained, great location (beach access) and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was the bed and pillows for a 4 star hotel I would think that the beds (not comfortable) and pillows (extremely flat) would be of better quality, but other than that great hotel especially for a solo traveler.

The resort charges an additional resort tax of US$39.2 per day. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach, and PET bottles of water and coffee machines are provided in the rooms. There is a fee for hotel parking. The bed is very comfortable and the room has a sense of design.

Great hotel and would have given them 5 stars except for:
1. Room was not ready until past 5pm and I had to insist for late check out in return… didn’t really use it as it was not part of our plan.
2. When they say “Partial Ocean View” it could mean from the back of the hotel by the parking lot. That’s what we got.
3. This was for our 20 year wedding anniversary (we had stayed at the same hotel for our honeymoon) and were monitoring the price for several months. Finally caved in a week before and paid $500 for 1 night (non-refundable). We received an email the day before offering half off for the same night on an “Ocean View” room and they wouldn’t let us take it. I don’t think we will ever go back, even though it was a special place for us.

Not worth the cost. Elevators and a bar area were not clean. Room wasn’t clean, curtains very dirty, and a lamp shade was dirty. This hotel is not better than average and should be rated as such. Most definitely not a 4.2 star hotel.

A late booking due to delays going home and we picked the perfect place!
The room was a King Suite with an ocean view - the views were stunning!
The check in was efficient, informative and friendly - all the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable.
We had a relaxed dinner at 560 and breakfast at the market overlooking the beach - perfect,
The hotel had all the amenities we required and would accommodate all age groups - will definitely return with the family.

Lovely room. Beautiful beach. LOUD group in room next door that kept us awake from 2:30-4:30 AM.
