Very good hotel

Good Hotel in a great location. The updated rooms are nice. They also have older rooms.

Avoid standard rooms

Good place to sleep if you want to visit the city centre.

Good value for price. Location is close to city center, hotel is old and outdated, however, it was clean and people at reception were very friendly

So it works well but the staff is actually not friendly at all

Everything was perfect except that the queen size beds were two single beds pushed together and there was always a gap in the middle.

Habe das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, konnte in dieser Nacht nur wenige Stunden schlafen weil links sowie rechts von mir die Paare es ein wenig übertrieben haben und durch die dünnen Wände hat man so ziemlich alles gehört. Mein Bett, das an der wand stand hat ebenfalls gewackelt. Nicht nochmal

As soon as i entered the property and approached the reception, i was told to move aside and wait in a corner where other people were waiting while the receptionists were busy doing something else but welcoming customers. When i was finally called, the person at the desk seemed annoyed by my presence. After getting access to the room i was hit with a very peculiar and pungent smell and decided right away i was not going to stay. While waiting for ******* to talk with the property to bargain a refund, i stayed in the room for about an hour, found hairs on both the little beds and on the towels in the bathroom. Stains are present everywhere on the walls and on the carpet. There is no sound or light isolation. The curtains are about 1 foot from the window and they let light in from the sides. The bed mattress looked very poor and slim. The room i was given faced the street and in the middle of it there are also the rails for the train which goes by every other minute adding to the noise pollution. I was told by ******* that since i checked in i couldn’t have my money back but i decided to check out and lose my money (worth 6 nights) rather than spending even another minute in that room.

Das ältere Hotel hatte klassischen Komfort, gute Frühstücksauswahl und gute Erreichbarkeit.

A localização é o único ponto positivo do hotel. Muito perto de duas ótimas linhas, de resto, deixa demais a desejar. As fotos do site são de outro hotel da rede, esse mesmo tem um aspecto de velho e um cheiro forte no quarto quando fica fechado. O espaço do ‘box’ no banheiro é muito pequeno e o resto do banheiro alaga conforme você vai se mexendo. Eu usei os copos do quarto no dia que cheguei e em dia nenhum foram trocados assim como tinha uma garrafa plástica embaixo da minha cama e ela permaneceu lá todos os dias, ou seja, a limpeza não é feita decentemente. Machuquei meu joelho e sangrou um pouco durante a noite e em momento nenhum o lençol com a mancha foi trocado.

Middle class hotel located in Schöneberg some 3 km from city center. Some parts of the hotel were a bit worn, but it looked like they were in the process of refurbishing. We had a three bed room with plenty of space, clean and no disturbing sound from outside or inside. The breakfast offered a selection of cereal, bread, cold cuts, eggs etc., no problem to load up for a day in Berlin. The hotel also has its own parking space which is perfect if you come by car. There are a lot of very good restaurants within 5-10 min walking from the hotel which was really nice. Also very easy to get to places as the Bülowstrasse U-Bahn station is 5 min from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Otelin konumu çok güzel, toplu taşıma dibinde, temizliği iyi, banyolarda duşa kabin yok perde var, bide odadan internet çekmiyor onun dışında herşey güzel
