We enjoyed Premier Inn Bognor Regis very comfortable restaurant all round service very good and the food next time in UK will go back there.

Great hotel, will stay again next time

As always with Premier, reception was efficient, room was good and clean, and bed was comfortable. BUT it was insufferably hot. Windows only open 2". Even Houdini couldn't possibly top himself with less than a 12" gap, so why? It was suffocatingly hot and airless all night. Also it's seriously insulting to have an air conditioning grille and wall control unit fitted, only to be told they are deliberately inoperable. The fan was appreciated but totally inadequate.

Clean hotel. Advertised as free WiFi, but you can upgrade to ultimate WiFi. I think the translation of this is upgrade to a WiFi that does work, given the free WiFi did not.

Lovely new hotel right on seafront , lovely staff , made you feel very welcome , ( just need more staff ) and I’m sure this hotel will be a real success !

Expensive nonsense, can't cope with any orders over 12 people, party of 12 in just before us 4 and we were told it would be over an hour maybe 2 hours before they could take any more, 7;30 pm in a hotel and because the IMBECILES running it can't even cope with 12 orders, it blows my mind how pathetic this actually is. Ever been in a busy restaurant? 60 people all sitting getting there orders in foods coming out lovely, PREMIER INN BOGNOR REGIS can't cope with 12 people, it blows my mind how utterly stupid this is. My family had to drive into BOGNOR so our two daughters could get there dinner since we came over from Eastbourne for a swim competition. I mean £183 for that service is shocking let's be honest here.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated being on the ground floor and quite close to our car. The breakfast was excellent, especially the hot food which was made to order. It was very quiet so we slept well despite the hot weather. Good value for money too.

Had a lovely pleasant stay over bank holiday weekend and the receptionist Mandy was very helpful and informative. We will be back again.

We stayed one night as a family of 4. The hotel is easy to find and in a quiet location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a drink in the pub which is located next to the hotel. The room was a good size for a family room. Breakfast was cooked to order and was of a good standard. The continental breakfast buffet had a good selection. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is brand new - it’s lovely, such a warm friendly welcome from the team. It’s in a great position right on the seafront. My room was lovely. My heart sank when I arrived and found a “Social” branded restaurant as most are awful with poor food choices but wait…. This one had a good choice of food and it was a lovely restaurant, yes it was busy and it took some time but it’s just opened so give them a chance, the food was great as was the service. Bognor Regis was also lovely - so get booking and get down here you won’t regret it :)

Popped in for breakfast and a very rude waitress told us they weren't serving "walk-ins" as they were too busy despite there being only about 6 people in the restaurant. When I said we'd gone to a lot of trouble to get there and had even phoned to check but nobody had bother answering, she couldn't care less. Will not be going again. Their loss when the winter hits and they lose valuable local business. Toilets are disgusting. One toilet had a seat hanging off, the next was absolutely full of paper and wee on top of we used the disabled toilet (usually the worst anywhere) and this was just about ok. And they'd been open less than a month! Give it a swerve. Looks great outside but staff either thick or rude.

Lovely stay here as always! We made it through the floods and had a great stay. Lovely welcome at Reception by Natasha. Room clean, tidy and comfortable, as always. Bathroom immaculate. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the soap canister holder. In some Premier Inns it has been beyond disgusting and you wouldn't want to touch it. Well done the housekeeping team at Bognor Premier Inn! Breakfast was lovely. We were well cared for by Connor and Tash and the food was hot and feshly cooked. Sarah, the current Manager was on duty as we left next morning. She has looked after us brilliantly over the years on our many visits to this Premier Inn. She is about to transfer to the new seafront Bognor Regis Premier Inn which opens soon. We would like to take this opportunity to wish her good luck in this new venture, (along with Helen and Natasha who are also transferring), and to thank her and her team for consistent excellent service.

We stayed at this hotel when visiting family in the area, it is a really convenient location for us and easy to get to with parking never an issue. Staff are always very kind and happy to help with any questions we may have. Room was very clean like always.

Lovely little Premier Inn. Staff friendly, room clean and a good size. Parking available. A little gem tucked away on the outskirts of town. Special mention to Sarah for her help and local knowledge - thank you
