Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West Reviews

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was very convenient and the best thing it was free. However we have to wait 40 minutes for dinner. Chef was busy feeding two female asian staff members. Disappointed for unprofessional attitude.

The team were fantastic! So friendly and accommodating. We stayed for ten days and they made it a home from home. The rooms were spotlessly clean and there was no ask too big. Breakfast was fast and tasty. Andrea and her team are simply wonderful.

This is a nice, new looking Premier Inn. Clean and tidy, friendly staff, and its own restaurant. Rooms were very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend this hotel and use it again. Only downside of our stay was a family above us with children running around and (it sounded like) jumping off furniture into the early hours and then from early morning. My sleepy head thought someone was doing a gym workout above when I woke up!!

Arrived before check in time at hotel (a party of six) to drop our bags off. Reception staff Andaleeb and Aireen were so welcoming and helpful, they honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Really happy and smiley too. Very comfy bed. Cooked breakfast cooked to order, very good quality.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an openable window, so you can breathe fresh air when sleeping .The staff were friendly, free car parking, a good breakfast close to London

Stay at premier inn quite a bit for work.. And Wow, Aireen, Holly ... and thebothwr staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough. They were, busy but always smiled and laughed , and enjoyed chatting.... And proper engaged, when ya work away it means alot.... Thankyou Ladies, you made it a great experience 😊

A fantastic stay, as always. Comfortable bed and an immaculate room (thank you to house keeping - Lenuta and Mariana - for preparing our room so exquisitely). Ample parking. Next to a McDonald's which was a treat! Next to a petrol station also. A perfectly situated hotel for a quick overnight stay - with most required amenities nearby!

This was my first time staying at this hotel and was blown away by the staff’s warm welcoming, I was make to feel wanted and any questions I had the staff filled that need, definitely be using this hotel again a big thank you to hollie and nilima.

The customer service was great at the reception. I was welcomed from Hilima Andreea & Ravi Malik. I was in desperate need to watch the Merseyside derby and couldn’t get any connection. They both helped me out and provided me with the Ultimate WiFi for free. This allowed me to witness the 2-0 win. The room was clean and too a premier inn standard. The food was also great.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Everything was perfect for my wife and I. The bedroom was spacious, the bed large and comfortable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were first rate. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A large car park meant your car is safe and secure. We have stayed in other Premier Inns and though they were good this one at Hemel Hempstead West was the best.

The team were so welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed. The meal deal was excellent value for money and the food freshly cooked and brought to the table. Cannot praise them highly enough! Would definitely use again! Big thank you to all the team for their warm and positive hospitality.

The service here was impeccable, Hollie, Livea & Nellie made us feel welcome and made our stay really enjoyable, they accomadated 20+ guests for a business trip at a busy period but kept the experience personal. hats off to the chef as well who cooks up a mean pizza!

The nicest staff, great service, well presented location and the food was great!! We were here with work for a stay over and Hollie, livea and nelly took care of everyone, handling all the drinks and food orders amazingly whilst we were here with business and couldn't have asked for more!
