Great location and spacious, we had a fantastic time in Biarritz and will be returning soon.

Good big rooms and clean. Spa only available once during the stay and you have to prebook. The view of the balcony was just a white wall unfortunately. Carrefour right away the corner , not far from the grande Plage. Very nice staff

We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there.

The staying and the rooms were great. But the reception hours not good= open mornings until 12 and afternoons after 5 pm. I arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Paris. The door was locked. I got a code to enter the hallway, but I did not know how to use it. Some other people staying there let me into the reception area.There was no info about a restroom. The reception opened exactly at 5pm .

Great location for a family break! The pool was lovely and warm, accommodation exactly what we needed. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Biarritz is beautiful but also don’t miss St Jean de Luz and San Sebastián across the border into Spain

Excellent location in a local Biarritz neighbourhood. Walking distance to La Plage Grande on one side and a short stroll to the St Charles area with plenty of bistros, boulangeries, and wine shops. We rented a room with twin beds and a sofa bed for 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 young children. In hindsight, I should have booked a larger apartment but it was adequate for the short stay. The bedroom was small - the door jammed against the bed when opening. The rooms was not per the images on the booking site - it did say that interiors differ per apartment but the one we received was a level below what was displayed online when booking. It set unrealistic expectations for us. The kitchenette area was well stocked with utensils but was very tight. For example, the cutlery tray was stored above the microwave. It lacked detergent, dishwasher tablets, kitchen paper etc. Rubbish from the room had to be disposed of by the guests in the public refuse containers on the street. Reception staff were very helpful with taxi booking and local recommendations. Checkin was not until after 5pm which seemed rather late. We made good use of the small pool during our stay with our kids visiting it daily. It was clean and quiet.

The room was so tiny you could not open the door to the apartment all the way, it hit the small entertainment center. Same with the bedroom door, it got the bed, and to slide in next to the bed (too small to walk) you have to close the door. We had to push the dining room table against the wall in order to have space to sit. An apartment for 6 only had room for suitcases if you put them in the tiny kitchen. We were asked to inventory the entire contents of the kitchen or be charged for missing items. We were then told we had to remove any trash from the space and wash the dishes, though no dish/dishwashing detergent or sponge was provided. This property was a joke and I would not return. Prior to this my family and I had traveled through Portugal and Spain and had great experiences

Appartement bien équipé proche du centre ville et de la plage . Coup de coeur pour le sourire et le service des dames de l accueil, vous étes au top ! , parking avec l ascenseur bien pratique. Boulangerie et petits commerces de quartier a proximité. On a passé une super semaine 😌

Nous avons pris un appartement de 6 pour le week-end du marathon de Biarritz. Nous avons trouvé l'hotel propre, avec une bonne localisation et le personnel de l'accueil très agréable. L'appartement en lui-même était spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Si on veut améliorer, mettre du sel et du poivre à disposition serait appréciable. En tout cas, nous reviendrons

Nous nous sommes fiés aux photos du site Lagrange pour réserver nos vacances. La réalité est vraiment différente. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus de découvrir que notre balcon du 3e étage donnait sur un immeuble vétuste, sale et dégradé. La vue faisait plutôt déprimer, dommage dans cette si belle ville... Impossible de manger à 6 sur le balcon, trop petit.... En raison de la situation enclavée des appartements, je pense que cela doit être très bruyant l été, la photo de la piscine à été superbement prise car en réalité elle est mal située, petite, tres décevante. Le Spa ne fait pas rêver non plus, un peu tristounet. Les matelas sont usés, nous avons eu mal au dos toute la semaine. Par contre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux dames de l accueil, disponibles et très charmantes. Nous avons également apprécié le parking en sous sol avec accès par ascenseur. La résidence est idéalement située, à 5mn à pied de la plage et 7 mn du centre ville. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine malgré ces petits désagréments, en étant plus souvent à l extérieur qu à l intérieur

Nous avions peur au vue de certains commentaires mais nous avons eu une belle surprise. Notre appartement était agréable, au calme et super bien placé. Tout le personnel a été au top pendant notre séjour, très agréable, sympathique et professionnel. L’ascenseur pour garer sa voiture en sous sol est très pratique, mais peut être que l’été avec la fréquentation ce soit plus compliqué… En bref nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir mais pas l’été…

Lits castastrophiques: mal de dos ts les matins. Propreté 0. La moitié des services non disponibles. Petit dej: 0. Croissanteries séchées. Plus fruit pourri ds leur frigo de la salle petit déjeuner. Pas d'intimité vu comment leur configuration est faite. Les photos sur site sont trompeuses. On a voulu changer les draps rien n'était dispo: ils se sont trompés. Grands draps pour lit couplé une place. Bref, ns sommes déçus. Le seul pint positif: proche du front de mer. Ascenseur pour acceder au parking en sous-sol en panne. Mobilier et accessoires rouillés, abîmés et pas nettoyé. Dommage.

L'appart hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont très grandes. Nous avons été bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et avons pu avoir la chambre en avance par rapport à l'horaire indiquée

Appartement donnant sur un mur sale et trop près si bien que très obscur Donc appartement très sombre 3etages ainsi et 20appart concernés .Lumière obligatoire en pleine journée alors que beau soleil dehors On ne le sait pas vue ciel invisible dans les appart Parking avec adcenseur donc queue pour entrer ou sortir Sol du garage trempé (flaques d eau vue que la lingerie déverse son eau dès machines à laver a m le sol Bref on patauge quand on sort de voiture Piscine enclavée et plus une pataugeoire Emprisonnée entre 4 murs sans luminosité Bref à fuir
