Unfortunately due to flight issues, I was very late arriving, and I always wonder if there will be problems when you turn up late. No such problems. (the issue is that BA seem to be unaware of the fact that when running an airline, its useful to use the same 24 hour clock as everyone else, and think that its more fun if they reinvent a 26 hour one, and even better if the hours are not necessarily sequential) A 20 min walk from the air terminal with Google walking directions - easy enough, and the night reception (at 1am) was very efficient and welcoming. The room was great - comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a kettle which is a great touch, although like all these pod-coffee machines, they're great if you know how to use them, but if you don't know how to use this exact model, then you are completely on your own - no instructions, no handy pictorial guide, no stickers saying 'press here' or so on. Nope - you've just got to guess. Once I'd cleared up the water it was fine. Breakfast was really good - excellent choice and very high quality. Good location for the airport. It's about 800m walk. That takes about 10-15 minutes, which is actually pleasant when you've been cooped up on a plane. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time.

The breakfast at this hotel is very rich and delicious. The hotel is very close to the airport, 10 minutes walk, the hotel has a free car delivery, 10 minutes in advance reservation. 5 minutes walk to the small train station in the city center. The service at the front desk is very good and the English is great. There is free parking. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this establishment from December 30th, 2022 to January 2nd, 2023. The Hotel itself is quiet and with satisfactory rooms and service, and it is directly connected to the airport terminal which is comfortable. But the restaurant is to be avoided, and the complaint handling was not satisfactory, as follows: Made a reservation of a quiet table at New Year's Eve dinner in Hotel’s Restaurant which the staff politely confirmed to us. But at the dinner, were put through with a table in the middle row just besides the noisy bar area. Many times I politely asked the waitress for a quieter table as we were promised (all other tables were empty at that time), but she kept saying no for made up reasons. When we left the hotel during checkout, we also mentioned the above to the staff and we were told there was no manager at the time. We just used room service after canceling the restaurant and, got offered a small discount, and settled on a slightly better one but still low. After that, two months passed without any further contact from the manager or any hotel staff. In my opinion, unbelievable for an airport hotel and an international hotel chain.

The hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. Ok, the weather was good for walking from the airport to the hotel (about 1.4 km). I expecting there is an airport view, but they provided me a room from another side of the hotel. I chose this hotel, because of the Steak House that they advertised on their web page. However, the Steak House was closed on the day I arrived there. The hotel room was spacious, but not very well equipped. The mini-bar included only one bottle of water. The bathroom amenities were minimal. The hotel did not appreciate my Spire Elite status at all. When I asked about it, they provided me the Welcome Amenity Voucher with a Gold Elite benefit instead of Spire Elite. I asked why. The answer was ”Yes we know you are a Spire member, but we are not allowed...”! When I asked for taxi, they suggested I will share a taxi with another customer since it is very difficult to get a taxi there. The breakfast was fine, but the hot breakfast was finished 15 minutes before closing. Fortunately, they made me couple of fried eggs upon request.

The employees were so warm, especially the first young lady that checked me in. She was so helpful and kind. I was able to check in a half an hour early which meant alot to me. The food at the restaurant that night was delicious. Breakfast was great...I will absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future. And, so, so close to the airport.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Room was spacious and modern. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. Wish the airport shuttle operated at all times as our flight arrived after 10pm shut off time. Had to get a taxi even though it is advertised as an airport hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Pool was also a great facility considering the hot weather we had while we were there. A small but we'll stocked breakfast buffet was included and was perfect to get your day started. Was within walking distance of the Aeroscopia museum.

As promised, the free shuttle car was waiting for us, very patiently as our BA flight was an hour late. The driver was very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a delightful lady called Samya who booked us in fast. We got to our apartment which was spacious and well equipped, including a kitchen with a 4 ring hob, kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever seen and I have been in hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental! The bedroom had a huge bed and an ample wardrobe. You can get delicious dishes in the lobby for just 6 Euros. The hotel reception and foyer were beautifully furnished. There is a gym and a sauna on the third floor. The dining room which is used fir breakfast was equipped with modern and very pretty crockery. But the best thing about this quiet hotel which is only 5 minutes from the airport is the staff, very friendly and helpful. If ever I needed to stay near the airport, I would for sure use this great hotel again.

True to its brand with spacious, clean and functional rooms. Smart and contemporary lobby and bar areas. We took the uninspiring 20 minute walk from the airport and were disappointed to find the shuttle bus operates only limited hours and would not be available for our return journey at 5 in the morning. We were up before breakfast was served but staff kindly packed a small takeaway breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds provided a comfortable night of sleep and the hotel and surrounding area were thankfully quiet. All in all, a good standard of hotel but be careful if you’re reliant on their limited shuttle bus. Other hotels would be less of a walk.
