Please have the supplier call the hotel manager SCOTT right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The hotel agreed to cancel the second night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No kidding

Wonderful hotel with great staff to add to the experience. The room were nice with great view of the planes taking off. The breakfast was delicious and always freah fruit and coffee available. Shuttle to and from the Mall of America, recommendations to restaurants as well as shuttle to and from. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I called as soon as I arrived and got my bags at the airport and they asked me a few questions. Gave me directions in the shuttle. There in less than 10 minutes. Was easy to book my shuttle ride back. Room was large and quiet so I was good. Would stay here again if our transiting MSP airport

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Mall of America and MSP is close too.

Hotel was nice and everything but the furnace in our room was terribly loud and woke us all up constantly so sleeping wasn’t easy. When the furnace ran it blew cold air too even tho we turned it up to 74 in the room.

Front desk greet us with a smile and all the staff as well. Room is clean and love the coffee they provided in the lobby. Good breakfast too. The hotel is close to Mall of America as well. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the cleanest and, the staff were outstanding. This hotel is close to the Mall of America, you can drive or ride the shuttle.

We appreciated the closeness of the hotel to the Mall of America and easy access to downtown Minneapolis by a short drive. Continental breakfast was appreciated, there was slight variety between the 2 mornings we were there which was nice. Beds are on the harder side but the rooms and floors are generally quiet with little noise coming in from the hallways or outside.

We rented a suite for our family of four. It was spacious/comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast and daily coffee offered by the hotel. We liked having a shuttle bus service to the mall. Would stay again.

Staff was super friendly, prompt, and efficient. Clean rooms, could use a little tlc but very comfortable

Pleasantly surprised! Didn’t have high expectations and was delighted! the staff was friendly, didn’t realize they had an airport shuttle. Shuttle actually took me to a nearby restaurant and picked me up, which was great, especially at the time of night!

I enjoyed my overnight stay, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was a very pleasant birthday trip.

Our room was spacious. But the biggest problem was the vent that blew out air conditioning. When it would turn, on the cold air blew right down on the bed. This was so uncomfortable. Wondering if there is a solution. Pillows were very flat as well. Bed itself was great!!
