Good hotel location, friendly service, breakfast is a bit simple

The front desk staff are efficient and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable. With the curtains open, sunlight can shine into the room, making it warm and cozy. There are theaters, museums, exhibition centers, etc. next to it, and the transportation is convenient.

Great hotel within walking distance of so much fun. The light rail was right outside the hotel which wasn’t the best while trying to sleep. The room was lovely, parking was super safe, the staff was nice, but the best bit of the stay was the breakfast buffet. I don’t usually eat breakfasts at hotels because they are just sad but the were so many choices!

I had high hopes for this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. Parking was an obstacle, from entering the hotel to parking in the garage! No signage, even at the parking garage stand (im paying 40 bucks for this?) I made 3 rounds to finally find the entrance (everything is one way, no space in front of the entrance to park unless its RED, to check in for multiple guests being its a Saturday) My friend checked in about an hour later and we started getting ready for our early dinner. Found out the outlet in the bathroom doesn't even work! We are two adults that need the outlet to do our hair....very embarrassing as I told my friend this seems like a great spot to stay. We had reservations for dinner and were late because of this. I called the front desk (hotel phone didn't connect to the desk so I had to use my cell to call for maintenance.) He came, and we had to pause getting ready. He stayed for about 15 minutes and had REPLACE THE WHOLE outlet! I repeat, the whole outlet. Before he left, we asked to test it with our devices, and it worked. Thank goodness. We left for the evening and came back to only hear slamming doors and bathroom/sink pipes throughout the walls. I had wish I brought my ear plugs for this. The only plus was the breakfast. The staff at the front were really busy during check in. An informational pamphlet would've been really helpful at check in or when reserving, regarding the garage/ parking etc. But b/c of location, ppl will always stay!

They put me in a room right next to rail station passing by all night. Left the same night I arrived.

The hotel property and parking garage were modern and up to date ,the staff was excellent and the breakfast which was included was very good. San Jose itself is a ghost town with very little pedestrian or vehicular traffic.

I think it would have been better if there was a washlet in the toilet or if the shower nozzle could be rotated like in Japan.

Great customer service. Only small issue was having to go to lobby for ice. Over all it was a nice stay.

This is an overall good stay. I was highly disappointed that in addition to tax and fees i had to pay $40 for parking.

Service was spectacular and the entire facility was very clean! Plus it's so walkable for all the events facilities!

My sister and I was really pleased with the facility and it's staff. Everyone was really nice and welcoming and we really enjoyed our staff.

The staff at this property were friendly and respectful. Great downtown San Jose location close by entertainment venues. Awesome free breakfast!
