Clean and convenient. No restaurant or breakfast, but we knew that ahead of time, and it’s only a temporary closure. Lots of other food options close by.

When I made the reservation, its writing that parking is included and breakfast was included, when i was there i had to pay parking, that is terrible. and breakfast was not offered.

Great price but keep in mind that the breakfast is not guaranteed since they didn't serve it the day I stayed due to undestaffing.

I booked this hotel because it stated there will be FREE BREAKFAST & when I asked one of the staff about the breakfast she Rudely responded “ There is None” & that is the reason why a rated the hotel Average due to Rude customer service!

First problem: I booked this property because they have a free breakfast. I was traveling with two adult autistic children, and finding a place to eat can be a problem. A few days before we arrived, I received a message that there would be no breakfast included and that they would not be making any adjustments to the price or providing food vouchers. I could cancel for a full refund, but that would require me to find two rooms someplace else at a comparable rate a few days before the scheduled trip. We found places for breakfast, but not nearby. Second problem: the toilet was clogged in my daughters' room, and there was an enormous dookey in there that stunk up the whole room. The staff moved them to a different floor. But how could someone overlook that? That is unacceptable. Third problem: there was no hot water. After ten minutes, the shower would be lukewarm, but mostly I took cold showers. The water in the sink never made it to lukewarm, which made shaving a problem. Fourth problem: the room card keys only worked in the morning and then stopped working. I had to have them reset several times. This is a nice new building, but it is poorly run.

The staff were nice and helpful. But I'm so sorry to them that they had to apologize and explain to all guests every morning why they couldn't provide breakfast. On the first day they said the hotel did not receive produce for breakfast. On the second day when I asked, they said the stove broken. Yes, I supposed to get breakfast, but for the stay duration (3 nights) they couldn't provide us any breakfast. I gave my sister Hawaiian Roll bread & cookies that I put inside a plastic bag and hung it at her room door (she was out for a while), and those food were gone. The room was clean, the receptionist gave me a room with a nice view. However, the lobby was so dirty. Thank you for all nice receptionists and other staff. Dear Hotel Mgmt, that breakfast issues are your responsibilities. At least put a notification somewhere, not just left your guests wondering at the lobby every morning. Unfortunately I booked this room from *******, I couldn't ask points from IHG for the breakfast unavailability.

The location is excellent. However, the rooms didn't have blankets & sheets for the Sofa bed. When requested, they said to come to the front desk to pick it up and refused to provide an additional blanket. We stayed there for two nights. Breakfast was not served on day two. No prior notifications, reimbursements, or alternatives were offered. Management note: the front desk staff is in dire need of customer service training on how to talk to the guests!

It says breakfast is included, but breakfast is not actually provided. When checking with the staff, they said that they had notified Trip.com and that it was Trip.com's problem.

I am handicap and Lavel the manager would not help me out on parking at this facility She said that it didn’t matter about my handicap parking and still charged me full rate for a 4 day stay. She was very rude about the situation I ended up parking 3 blocks away my last night and walked to this facility Lavel also stated that she didn’t have to honor my ADA placard because this facility was in Washington DC If I would have know about this I would have stayed somewhere else
