Upon arrival the hotel is not what you expect. It is on 14th floor of the large commercial building in the pictures.
Check-in was fine but there was no one that spoke English. Also, we couldn't do the face recognition needed to enter the gate downstairs. So, we had to wait or ask people to let us into the lift.
The room was well equipped but the floor under the sofa was very dirty. Also, the drains were smelly. The bed was comfy and large.
The hotel is right by the river and it is a peaceful area to stay in.
This place is good value but I wouldn't stay here again.

I recently stayed at Paton View Hotel from September 4 to September 7, booking two rooms for three nights, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is not only very convenient in terms of location, but also offers excellent service. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The rooms were clean and tidy, providing a pleasant and peaceful environment for relaxation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with wonderful staff and well-maintained rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit tricky to find because there isn’t any major sign with the hotel name on it at the entrance and facial recognition is needed to get access to the elevators. But the location was very pleasant, with many restaurants and shops close by as well as the nice scenery around. The service at the reception could be better.

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

It’s so hard to find the hotel’s location . The housekeepers even didn’t gather your dirty towels and pajamas. They kept it in your room for several days . Soundproofing is horrible. You even can hear the room next door talking, showering, flushing toilets…..

That such a good hotel, I don’t understand why the price is so cheap. It’s really a good place to stay when you are traveling in Hangzhou. So clean, the room is quite large, the staff is helpful, and the view…is stunning❤️
