Nice clean rooms food exceptional

Shuttle service is a joke. No airport pickup as arranged and morning shuttle left before arranged time, there for tight on time when finally got to airport on the next shuttle

Poor house keeping

Location near airport, shopping, and dining. East freeway access. Facility very clean, quite, and serves a free wonderful breakfast.

Lobby was freezing, long lines were waiting for the two employees checking folks in, very slow. Finally a third employee came out to help

Area is great for a quick stay. Rooms and hotel need updating. Decent place

Everything people talking at night was trying to sleep.

Good had trouble getting o hold shuttle other than that good

Very disappointed in the breakfast. Almost everything was out of order. Hallways very cold. Ice on windows. Granted in was a cold winter day but hallways and lobby shouldn’t be cold.

Park and Ride worked well

This hotel is very old and run down. Needs a total update. People in the parking lot in their cars and standing around the doors smoking pot.

Convenience with the airport

Busy hotel but reasonably quick check in. Excellent beds. Outback Steakhouse tied to hotel is very convenient. Hotel signage is very small and hard to spot as you drive. I had to totally trust my gps to be accurate. Older hotel has been renovated when it changed from another brand but still shows its age in areas. Mystery “circle” of liquid in the carpet next to one bed was disturbing. Cleaners missed it somehow??
