That hotel was very comfortable but the service was a little bit lack

While the parking lot had lots of potholes (thus the 4 smiling faces), the room was very nice and was clean. I was very happy with the room. The reason I only gave 4 for service was the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming and pleasant, but did a good job.

I had a good room and nice view.. Front desk ok

Checking in was terrible, long line and we had troubles with understanding the ladies working in the front with heavy accents (though they were kind). The pool was way over crowded. The beds were not comfortable. The elevator had snot/spit on the floor that was not cleaned up at all durring our stay. Breakfast was cold, they only had hot boiled eggs out at breakfast. It was chaos.

Not welcoming as we had to avoid potholes in the lot. Couldn’t tell if people hanging out outside were guests or not.

A hotel, among others along 494 in Bloomington, MN, long past its prime. Poor wifi, typical of Wyndam-branded hotels. Four days without housekeeping service. A parking lot that needed repaving 20 years ago. Three elevators, 2 working on a good day. Interior noise during all hours. No restaurant. Low expectations at this hotel.

Property is a bit worn down. Breakfast was good. Pool is small and uninviting. Hotub was not working/closed off. Rooms are small but comfortable. Not fully clean in room or in other areas of the hotel.

Staff members were all nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks could be stocked more often.

When we checked in and they gave us our room, we went up to our room and someone else was already in it so we had to go back down to lobby and they got us into a new room. The hot tub was under construction and was not told it was so I was pretty upset to not have a hot tub, and then the pool was so cold we couldn’t even swim, and the pool and the pool area just looked so dirty it was so gross! And the breakfast was okay, but all they really had for actual warm food was eggs and sausages. Just wasn’t a lot of options to eat from. In our room it just looked like everything was falling apart.

The personal there was friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options and the place was clean for the most part.

Nice to have the park and fly option. Neighbors were a little loud trough the night but nothing terrible. Nice facilities

Stayed in a suite, 2 bathrooms. One toilet had not been cleaned. Urine sprayed all over it. No tv remote for 2nd tv. Lamp not working. When making reservation, I asked if the shuttle would take us to the nearby hospial, I was told it would. When we arrived, front desk said "no" they would not. I am requesting a partial refund for my inconvience and extra expense.

I appreciated a quiet and clean place to stay while we were on travel. The room was quiet and clean and warm all of which I value We will add it to our list of places to stay in the future too! Thank you!

Property itself was average. Staff was friendly. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Did offer free airport shuttle, however the shuttle filled up quickly and we were not able to get the time slot we needed/wanted. Overall average hotel.
