I stayed 10 days, 7 days in one of the downstairs rooms and 3 days upstairs. Overall I was very happy with the hotel, the rooms are a little dated but clean and large. The staff are all super friendly and you are a couple of minutes walk from the beach, the restaurants and bars. The road the hotel is on is not really a ‘proper’ road but it was no issue for me. Air con unit in the downstairs room was loud but I’m a heavy sleeper, upstairs room had a new aircon unit. I would have no problem staying here again for the price and location and the super friendly staff.

This hotel is located in front of the beach. If you are looking for a room with an ocean view, stay in the room in A or B. Our room A had a nice ocean view but unfortunately, you also see tangled electric power wires as well. They have an extremely limited service/facilities. It is not like a hotel. They give you full independence and leave you alone, whether you like it or not. The amanity is a bare minimum and they don't even provide toothbrush or hair treatment. What they give are bath towels, two small soaps, and the smallest packets of shampoo. No bath mats, no bottled water, no beach towels, no washcloth, no tea or coffee.. So, if you are set to go to this hotel, be ready and bring everything you need with you. I do not think they serve breakfast. But, there are plenty of places to eat in the area. This was our 5 or 6th time visiting Boracay (we used to live in the Philippines) and we have stayed at least 11 or 12 different hotels there. I do not think we are going back to this hotel for the price we paid.

Imagine stepping out of a spacious, well-appointed room right onto the sand of a gorgeous tropical beach. The Boracay Beach Houses is a boutique family-run hotel perfectly located at the quiet end of Boracay Beach. A wonderful tropical European fusion with lovely staff and chilled vibes. Andy and his team were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious, and the beach is incredible. We walked along the beach from end-to-end and the Boracay Beach Houses are uniquely designed - everyone stops to look at them. We don't normally re-visit places but we will definitely be back! Amazing,

This trip was especially special as it was my Best Friends One year Anniversary And Her 35th Birthday and My 40th Birthday trip that I had painstakingly searched for months for the perfect hotel that suited all 4 of our Party. I insanely rely on reviews and Social Media as a guide since this was my first trip to Boracay and was basically booking ”blind”. I really wanted a few things. 1. A clean room and 2. A few feet from the Beach. Upon Arrival I was greeted by lovely faces and cheerful staff. Mind you, I just travelled for 19 hours so, I was Exhausted, hot And annoyed that I paid for front door service from the jetty and basically end up having to walk.. anyway. They took me to my room, which did not excite me. Of course as someone who looked at every single image online and read every review, my expectations were to receive the rooms (I booked 2) that were all over the interwebs. And could have booked at another hotel in an instant- I refused the rooms given. Donald, the Manager, with the most friendly, calm demeanor talked to me in such a way that seemed to calm and sooth me making me realize that I am now in paradise and offered me Garden bungalows for this issue- most likely not his but more so Booking.coms for using images that were that of a higher grade room. All in all. Our entire 8 day stay, truly was magical in every way. THANK YOU DONALD, STAFF AND ALL THE CUTE DOGS AND KITTIES (that I have named and loved). We will return.

The hotel is located near the southern tip of Boracay's White Beach (further south than Station 3). But it is a very nice place. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is not noisy at all. There is a room with a sea view above the attached restaurant, but the garden view room where I stayed is the best. There is no sound. When you hear White Beach, you have a noisy image, but it is really quiet because it is south of Station 3 and the garden view room is behind the back of another hotel building, so the sound is blocked. You don't have to see the sea. You can enjoy the luxury without sound in tourist spots. (Rooms above the restaurant with sea view will be noisy until late with music from the restaurant below.) Additionally, the room I stayed in, which was the cheapest room, was very clean, bright and spacious. I have no complaints. As for the meal, I went to a restaurant that is listed in the guidebook because I came all the way here, but I think the taste of the attached restaurant is better than that. Afterwards, I wished I had eaten all my meals here. If you say it forcibly, it doesn't come with water. It doesn't matter because you can buy it if you walk a little. Soap, towels (bath towels, beach towels, face towels), and toothpaste sets were included. If I go again, I will definitely stay here. I liked it that much. The staff was also nice with just the right amount of separation. (It's not for people who like to be friendly, but if you ask them, they'll answer. If you smile, they'll smile. When they pass each other, they'll say hello. I like that kind of distance.)

My wife and I want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We enjoyed your hospitality from the get go. Our first encounter was with Pearly at the front desk who treated us like royalty. From then on, every encounter with your personnel was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the birthday set-up in our room. The accommodation was great. Would like to extend our gratitude to; F&B staff, who were always attentive in providing an extraordinary service. The breakfast was great with variety of selection. Housekeeping for maintaining the cleanliness and comfy of the room. To maintenance crew and the Security. And to the management. We have been in the hospitality business all our lives and we know that to attain that level of service is true dedication to the industry. Keep up the great work, have a very prosperous and successful season. Once again thank you.
