I booked this place and showed up at 3pm check in time. There was no one there and the reservation said I would get an email. I never got it and was on the phone with ********** for an hour using my international data that costs me a lot. Me and two reps couldn't reach anyone. It was raining so I booked another hostel. I saw later that night that they emailed me the link to online check in at 5:17pm over two hours after I was supposed to check in. I am a backpacker and was screwed. They didn't respond to an email either or WhatApp texts or even CALLS! 2:17 later I get my chance to get let in? They kept the money from this reservation and I had to fight to get it back AGAIN on the phone with **********. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
