I love it here i just wish they had breakfast again.

Adequate budget accommodations, good location, clean, no frills

NOTE the rooms are nothing like the photos! Upon arrival the young man that checked me in was corky yet pleasant! The room wasn’t filthy but not exactly clean, one of the beds had no blanket and a mattress pad was given in place of it, ummmm? There were dirty foot prints in the tub :( we had trouble with our keys working as well and there are rooms were people have taken up residence as well. However the air conditioning and mini fridge worked and the beds are comfy…..

I arrived after the 3 pm check in time, I was told there were no rooms clean so I could t check in, told to come back at 6:30 but there was no guarantee I'd be able to get my room!!! I tried calling multiple times and no one would answer the phone! I've asked for a refund so now we wait to see

The first room they gave me was horrible, it smelled like someone died in there and it took me forever to get the key to work. I had to walk back to the front desk twice. Then she gave me another room which smell just as bad, but was a little better. Out of the room and three days later, the temporary hold wasn’t a temporary hold. It was actually charged to my bank account. I tried to call them all day for two days in a row and then ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone.

Only one set of towels in room. No ice bucket or plastic cups to drink from. Lady at reception desk was the most courteous, competent, and professional ever at this property.

No phone service. Dirty roach in room. Maintenance deferred every where. Breakfast poor. Not a good experience

I would not recommend this hotel. The neighbors were noisy. I could hear them talking outside in the middle of the night and music was blasting through my hotel walls in the middle of the night. Music was so loud, I was unable to sleep.Toilet seat broken and tub looked dirty

this is not a hotel you or your family would want to stay at. the evening clerk on the night of march 8 was rude didnt have any information about the rooms. im on a walker and i asked if the room had security bars in the bathroom and she had no knowledge of the property nor would she allow me to look. this is not where you want to stay at all

The Fridge Didn’t work. Toilet Barely Flushed and the lamp in the room the wires were cut!! And before we even checked out they knocked on the door to see if they could take the sheets and it was only 9:30. And the worst thing was the lock on the top of the door for extra security was broken off!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed at!!

It looks like La Quita bought an old motel and retrofit it to be a La Quita with just a sign. All the rooms are accessed from the OUTSIDE, 2 floors, and STAIRS ONLY also outside. If you have a disability or need to not be climbing stairs, this place IS NOT for you. The area it is very dirty, and looks like a seedy part of town. Folks pulling into the parking lot, stare at you, and just sit there.

I was put on the second floor of the hotel with my handicap mother in law! Half the lights did not work and we had absolutely zero towels and wash rags!

Had to wait another 45 min for room to be ready; sheets were dirty, smelled like smoke with no option for smoke room or not. Unsat!

Do not go here. Holes in the doors in the bathroom like it was kicked in. Dirt all over he floors. Looked like the room was unfinished with paint chipped overywhere. Tv wouldnt work. Not to mention the front desk guy was overly nice in an inappropriate way.
