We noted your comment on room and common areas size, which happens in a historic building in Paris and its close suburbs. However, we confirm that their size corresponds to the standard of three-star hotels in France. Regarding our buffet breakfast, you will find many products to meet everyone's tastes. In addition, many of our products offered come from the region and are in an approach of respect for the environment. For example, our honey is produced by independent beekeepers in parisian region and is part of the regional gastronomic heritage. Our bread and pastries are baked on site the same morning. Our jams are artisanal, prepared and bottled by hand in Paris region and won the Paris 2019 silver medal at the General Agricultural competition. Finally, we noted your comment on the fact that we offer a B&B rather than a hotel. Note that the majority of 3-star boutique hotels in Paris offer the same type of service. Namely a breakfast (without restaurant for lunch or dinner) and a cozy room representing the charm of Paris.
