Nice quiet getaway to Bournemouth, stayed in a lovely little Spa hotel with a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi, perfect weather to enjoy the beach which is only a 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, continental plus ordered hot food and got a very tasty English brekkie to start the day, very enjoyable and would stay again

Great hotel, great location, even the cozy rooms are adequate enough, however cozy room at least had no AC, window open only an inch and was hot as hell…..

Amazing hotel, great amenities, nice breakfast. Location is about 7 mins walk from the beach. It’s perched on the hill. Friendly staff and overall great experience

This was awful. We booked a double room, which was clearly described as a room with a double bed, however we found 2 single beds with 2 sets of single bedding. The hotel had no additional rooms they could move us to, and did not even provide one double duvet so we could attempt to sleep together. They said the beds could be pushed together, however, the beds were on wheels and moved apart as soon as they were pushed together

We went to the Jurassic Coast on the first day and the Seven Sisters on the second day. We chose to stay here overnight. It feels like a small town, on the coast, and the hotel is cheaper than London. But the elevator is not convenient, the room is on the mezzanine, and you have to drag your luggage a little. The parking lot is also not user-friendly, at the back door of the hotel, there is no passage directly to the lobby…

The welcome during check-in needs to be reviewed.
I didn't have breakfast, only dinner. A fruitless discussion began, and the receptionist actually noted that there was no breakfast, but only dinner...
No one explained how the hotel worked, where the restaurant was for dinner, and I just asked what time it was.
I felt out of place.
I had two bags upon arrival, I struggled to get in, and no one was there to help...
My English wasn't great, but I made the effort to communicate.
On the other hand, the waiters in the evening restaurant were kind, pleasant, and attentive. Bravo!
Check-out was much better, and they were understanding. Nothing to complain about. They always had a smile.
The hotel is very clean, nothing to complain about.
