The hotel rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. While the service was just fine—adequate but not exceptional.

Very close to the train station, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby downstairs, very convenient! The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and liked!

Beautiful hotel in every single detail! Perfect location and price for value is very good. Rooms are a bit small but perfectly optimized, for paris it’s very good. Staff is adorable and the hotel is very gay friendly.

Hotel location is very good, walk to Galeries Lafayette for 20 minutes, the small road is very quiet, very good health, there are one-time supplies, the front desk two handsome guys, a Japanese uncle and a beautiful woman have dealt with, very polite and kind.

Booked this hotel because of its proximity to Brussels Central station, but there are lots of pathment repairs so it was challenging with 2 large luggages. Service staff was pleasant and helpful in suggesting alternative breakfast places. This hotel is in an old building, so hallways are dim and the red painted walls make it worst. There is also no fridge in the room.

As the Aircon is not working, we left the window open to circulate the air, and was surprised to find people intruding from the balcony (likely guests from adjacent room…. Hopefully!!)

Im Hinterhof des Hotels war eine große Baustelle, die in der Hotelbeschreibung nicht stand. Leider war diese Baustelle zu hören.
Die Zimmer waren auch etwas hellhörig. Im Badezimmer in der Dusche war die Fliese in der Mitte gebrochen und kaputt, da war ein halbes Loch, Verletzungsgefahr. Ebenso konnte man die Badezimmertür nicht schließen, weil man die sonst nicht mehr auf bekommen hat.
Der Wellnessbereich war schön aufgemacht, jedoch waren am ersten Abend ganz viele weiße Stücke (keine Ahnung was das war) im Becken auf dem Boden. Durch die Whirlpool Funktion wurde das ganze Wasser aufgewirbelt und irgendwann wurden sie raus gespült. Die Sauna wird wohl von vielen ohne Handtuch benutzt, weswegen das Holz schon ”schrumpeliger” ist. Aber schön gemacht.

Beim Frühstück, wenn es sehr voll war, kommt der Mann oftmals mit dem Nachräumen der ganzen Sachen nicht hinterher. Dann muss man echt länger warten bis neue Säfte, Croissants, Toast, Früchte und Rührei da sind.
Man konnte sich jedoch echte Belgische Waffeln selber machen. Der flüssige Teig steht neben dem Gerät und man konnte es einfach rein gießen und das Gerät schließen und umdrehen.
Sonst ist das Personal echt nett und hilfsbereit und es ist sonst auch echt sauber.

but the room is a bit old and there is a closed space within the hotel room. that was a bid awkward.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Travelers are especially reminded that they should book a taxi to the airport one day in advance. The room is clean and the breakfast is OK. There is a rest area next to the front desk, with sofas, free juice, free coffee and bottled water, which is worth a thumbs up👍. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

To my surprise, the hotel is quiet in the middle of the city, next to the wishing pool, many cafes and restaurants.
Hygiene: clean
Service: Very good
Facilities: All right.
