What an excellent hotel! The place is very tidy and beautiful. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel!

服務很積極，但確實出現的問題比較集中。 1.床單不乾淨 2.輕微漏水 3.床單真的就是床單，不是被子，怕熱的人半夜被凍醒。空調主機非常響，很難平衡温度。 4.基礎房型不給配備熱水壺，説是我的房型一般都不給但問題比較多所以破例給我送一個。。。 5.致命一點，後來接觸的兩位主管都傻眼的程度：最初打給前台，前台人員叫我等一個小時，因為經理不在，他處理不了我所提到的所有上述問題。但一個小時後也沒有人來接應我。還是因為房卡消磁下樓重刷時多問一嘴才得以解決。
