Hotel du Lac - Relax Attitude Hotel

"We have just finished a week’s holiday at this fantastic hotel. It is right by the lake in a relatively quiet resort on Lake Garda, but within easy reach of Malcesine by bus or taxi. You can get ferries from here around the lake. The room was excellent, fully air conditioned, clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we would like to particularly thank Adriella, Angelica, Khadim, Stephanie, Lara and Marie Sol who all looked after us so well. The restaurant on the top floor has lovely views of the lake if you are half board. We did B&B, the breakfast buffet served in Cafe Peler, had everything you could possibly want and was very tasty. We managed to sit on the terrace right by the lake on many mornings. Lunch is served in Cafe Peler and we can recommend the local wine. There are plenty of loungers by the lake, with beach access to be able to swim in the lovely clear waters (you might want some shoes to get in as they are pebble beaches). Whilst we did not use it there is a lovely indoor pool and spa facilities. All in all a great week and definitely one to recommend."

"I booked through a coupon and we had to postpone because we were sick. When I called to move our stay I was told that there would be no problem and I could choose the new date. When I later called to communicate the chosen date, I was informed that I would have to choose the date by the end of the month, 2 weeks. Your inconsistency led me to leave a bad review. I would have gladly paid a higher fee (as previously requested by you), to be able to see a place where we had never been. I am bitter that I was taken for a ride, if you had said things clearly right away there would have been no problem."

"It was a good stay. There was an absolute mislead in the parking process. Apparently they are reserved spots and if you come later in a day you have to park outside. This was definitely not explained or highlighted. The hotel itself is very clean and has all the basic necessities. The bar nearby with live music was a definite bonus!"

"We stayed at the Hotel Orione and our experience was very positive. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bed was also comfortable and allowed us to rest well. Breakfast offers a little choice, but overall there is everything that needs to start the day well, both for those who prefer the sweet and for those who like a simpler breakfast. The hotel is a pleasant location and the lake is easily reachable. The only improvement is access to the lake: a pedestrian or safe crossing is missing, which makes the crossing a little dangerous. We recommend the Hotel Orion to those who want to spend a few days in relaxing on the lake."

"Manager Manuel and his team have put together a first class, unforgettable, couple get-away and unwind experience on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. If you want to stay in, there is the Ayudervic spa experiences, lake side and outside pool relax areas, with evening lighting and bar music. Have Alejandro’s signature Iceberg cocktail watching the sunset on the private pier on the lake itself, or the Michelin-starred gastronomic experience with carefully chosen and all-locally sourced produce. If you want to explore, take an e-bike cycle to Malcesine castle and have gelato by the harbour or go further afield in the hotels own Fiat 500. We wired up the Apple TV, to catch up on Boxsets, and even took in some live music at the Hotel Eden next door. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a rejuvenating trip."

"We stayed at Hotel Brenzone for 7 nights starting from Easter Monday and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. We had originally booked a Bella Vista Superior Room with a lake view, but were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a lake view suite, which offered truly breathtaking views of the lake. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, with well-prepared and beautifully presented dishes from breakfast through to dinner. The ambiance throughout the hotel was charming, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Pietro, whose warm and attentive approach made us feel especially welcome. He was constantly present and engaging with guests to ensure everyone was having a wonderful experience. Our toddler son also had a fantastic time, making the stay even more memorable for our family. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Hotel Brenzone to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and high-quality stay. Thank you to the entire team—keep up the excellent work!"
