Great hotel with fantastic food, very kind staff and outstanding facilities. Rooms are perfect. Pool for families and one for adults only. Spa-area is superb.

We had a booking for one-night, wich was a pitty because we would have liked to stay longer. The breakfast and diner were very good. The location is also beautifull.

Me and my partner loved this hotel. It is family run, and has been renovated but you can still see parts of the original hotel, very easy location to the Plose ski field. Our room was lovely and spacious and the pool/spa area was lovely. We got an incredible massage too. The highlight for us though was the food, we paid for half board and we have never been so impressed, every meal was great and multiple courses, breakfast was a great buffet too. There were lots of nice personal touches too like whenever we came for breakfast in the morning they had a brochure for that day about the weather, activities to do in the area etc! Would 100% recommend this place- also great value for money!

Incredible hotel set in the Valley, with one of the best Spa’s we have visited, and half board breakfast and dinners which made the trip so memorable. The hotel is a traditional style, family run setting. They have traditional features in the downstairs bar, and they light log fires outside in the evening. That being said, the rooms and spa are all modern, and the restaurant holds a touch of fine dining feel to it (so much so that I wish I had packed a few nicer shirts 😅) We for skiing, which was such an easy journey up to Plose ski resort. I believe there is one ski in ski out hotel on the slopes, but we much preferred the end we were situated. You Are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which arrives every 30 mins for a 10-15 minute journey. We walked back each day after a days skiing as it was all down hill and nice to see the area. A huge thank you to all the staff who were so friendly each day, and always willing to give advice on where to visit in the area. The main highlight was also the food. Every night included a special menu which was printed and set out from breakfast. You could amend courses if required, but it was so nice to have a 5-6 course tasting menu style evening each day. Even the little touch’s such as the homemade butter were delicious (the truffle butter was the best). We will certainly be recommending this place!

Once again, the incredibly generous and attentive Gasserhof team has made my stay so very warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is legendary and the dinners were exquisite. The entire facilities were extremely clean and well attended. Everyone made such an effort to ensure my trip was a success and that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this space and will most certainly return again.

Very friendly, hospitable stuff, good facilities, great sauna, spa overall, fitness and pool area. Perfect for families, skiing area in 600m. Great food, amazing 6 courses every evening, for us even too much but quality of food is a 5 star! Nice breakfast, everything you need and more. We will definitely come back.

Spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed and lovely curtains. Everything was clean and well maintained. Good soundproofing and a large balcony with table and chairs. Friendly, attentive staff who spoke German, Italian and English. They went out of their way to take an interest in guests and I felt really well looked after. Breakfast was great with plenty of sweet or savoury options, including freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. Dinner was fantastic and they were quick to find alternative dishes if requested. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The folder with hotel/local info was useful, as well as weather forecast/daily suggestions on the table at breakfast. Great location with the cable car just a few minutes away. A short drive or bus ride and you're in Bressanone.

It was our second time at Hotel Gasserhof and it’s one of the best places for a family vacation. The staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. The hotel has everything you need, but still feels small and cozy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Very good location in the mountains, spacious and comfortable room with the stanning view to the valley (Panorama Junior Sweet), excellent kitchen and very relaxed, friendly and quiet atmosphere. Good quality beds. I was really enjoying my stay. Many thanks to family Goller :-)

Exvellent hotel, especially food and catering services, assortiment very intetesting, food quality, nice stuff, rooms are very spacefull and clean, modern designed, bed comfortable, Spa facilities averagely, no outside jaccuzi, water temperature in outside pool not so comfortable.

The GasserHof hotel is just splendid, staff is super friendly and helpful. Just a 13 min walk from lifts. Mind you it’s a steep walk, but that warms the muscles well for a day of skiing. Swimming pool is great and the opening time are perfect. I hope everyone could be so lucky to swim outside in a heated pool, while it’s snowing. But that’s my humble opinion. We’re considering going back next year.
