The room was large and well laid out. But the bed had seen better days, and the shower head was broken. The room was showing wear, but overall it was serviceable. For the price it was good.

Let's face it the price is right in line with what you get. A bit questionable when you pull up, but inside is pretty decent. There is a strong artificial smell with an overwhelming air freshener presence that exists in the common spaces and in the rooms. Trying to mask the odd smells that lie underneath. The sliding doors in two of our rooms had to be repaired as they didn't lock or close fully. The square pillows are too funny, a bit odd. But the breakfast is decent. So, you get what you pay for at this one. Just what we needed.

None of the doors were secured the parking lot was full of beer cans overflowing the garbage as well furniture was dated and stained very noiseyalso

Very dated property that I would not stay at again. No elevator, only one key worked in door, curtain on sliding glass door was ripped, door frame was poorly repaired, bathroom ceiling fan sounded like a freight train whistle, and the eggs at breakfast looked so bad I didn't risk it.

Place feels a little dated. BUT! (A big but) We stayed here after boarding at Mission Ridge abs the Hot tun worked and was open!! THE FOOD OFFERED FOR BREAKFAST! Better than more expensive places we've stayed at. It was clean, staff friendly. If easily chose to stay there again due to all that at a bargain price!

Was in a dirty part of town. Noise was ongoing all night long hearing conversations from the lobby and front desk.

We were amazed on how nice the hotel was for the location. Very friendly people at the front desk. Nice breakfast for the kiddo. Only complaint I really have is that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was really delicious and had great options. The walls in the rooms were thin and we could hear the people next door and the outlets were loose and the cords to things had shorts in them.

Great breakfast and service. Wall unit being a foot away from the bed made kids have to sleep facing the foot of the bed, or have it blow literally in their face. Rooms had decent updates and were clean, but sliding patio door lock didn't seem to secure very well, not great for a ground floor room.

The back sliding door is not locked, the heart was dripping the water all over the floor didn’t know until we turned off the heater the next morning. Trying to let the front desk knows about the water dripping he or she turned around asking us why’re we don’t let them know sooner….

Small but decent rooms. Great breakfast options! Pool is outdoor so couldn’t use it and hot tub wasn’t working. Overall not a bad stay, not fancy but works.

We booked the only room with a jacuzzi and paid extra for it. They actually advertise this room as an upgraded choice because of the jacuzzi tub. We don't usually use them but this was a special trip for a weekend get-a-way to Leavenworth area. We filled up the tub and turned it on. Surprisingly, it worked... but instantly the horrific smell of sewer gases and mold filled the entire room. They had not cleaned the jets in some time. This was a thought of ours before using it, but we decided to trust the cleanliness due to the fact that it was advertised.... The front office was notified, but you know how things get forgotten and lost in the rest of a busy hotel.

Motel is clean and comfortable staff was a little unreliable though had only two pillows on my bed and then got called a liar when I asked for them but did receive them other than that clean Motel
