The room is perfect. It was prepared by Hamidah as written on the card. She deserves a big thank you for a job well done. The Crib served a very nice dinner for me as well (something light as suggested by the staff). This overnight stay was pretty good 👍😊 compared to previous.

Good for early flight

Enjoyed the stay. Location perfect. Hotel is connected to domestic terminal by a covered walkway. Staff was very helpful to accomodate request.

No service received. They didn’t care about your need. Very rude attitude towards customer. Only location is good.

Perfect for an overnight before an early international flight. Easy bus transfer to the terminal

There are two points that I would like to mention: 1) We checked-in at around 1am and then slept at 2am. However, at around 5am, a hotel staff phoned us and said that there is a taxi waiting for us. How come? Why the hotel not verify whether we have actually the one who booked the taxi? We all (including my daughter) are woke up by this call. 2) We found that there is a blood in the towel (please see the photo attached) 有兩點我想分享: 1) 我和我家人於早上一點多 checkin, 然後兩點就睡覺。到了太約早上五點，突然酒店電話響起，酒店服務員說有架的士等待我們。天啊? 為何酒店不查清楚我們是否真的預約了的士? 我的家人就似給吵醒了。 2) 酒店毛巾有血跡 ( 見圖)

Always great stop for families transitting to another flight. Convenient location close to the Brisbane Domestic Airport.

Front desk was slow but other than that a fine lay overnight stay

A good mid class hotel with convenience of location. It was clean and efficient, and had everything you would need for an overnight stay or longer.

everything is ok for one night sleep immediate after a late night arrival. But it takes about 10 minutes walk from domestic airport . Don’t follow the google suggestion. Just follow the sign of “hotels and convention centre” . there is a covered (mostly covered) bridge connecting the terminal to the hotel.
