We were very happy with our stay Very clean amazing service

I was charged 100$ without being told what it was for. I was notified by my credit card service after I checked out. I assume it was a hold and will disappear in a few days. I also got a charge of 4$, but did not purchase anything at the hotel? Also this Hotel is very hard to find as it was not located on a main road!

Staff was wonderful, the area is convenient to go shopping, gas and food. Will return to this hotel and other Holiday Inn's.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good with a variety of items to choose from.

The bathrooms are rough the general room itself is fine. I wouldn’t rate it the 9 it has but it’s decent.

Property was clean and quiet. Only issue we had was the shower would not drain and backed up.

This was a nice, newer property with decent-sized rooms. I definitely have a few notes though. The shower head was great, but the bathroom was dim and hard to get ready in. Traveling with a family, I tend to prefer having the sink outside the bathroom so more people can do things. Breakfast had more options than some hotels but was still underwhelming. Guests were complaining about the lack of coffee. The cinnamon rolls weren’t bad. My family would prefer a waffle maker over pancake machine since the waffles are usually more substantial and are better quality. Ultimately, I wish hotels would just focus on upping the quality of the basics—better quality breads, juices, etc. For cereals, I don’t understand why so many hotels have 2-3 flake cereals. If you don’t like one, you probably don’t like the other(s). Replacing one with a Cheerios or Rice Krispies would give more variety and probably appeal to more kids too.

Great rooms very comfortable. Great breakfast options. I stay in a lot of hotels for work This is an awesome place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good. Hotel service and cleanliness was very good. Would recommend others to stay there.

Tub was clogged, I asked the front office lady about the issue and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Makes me think the tub was never cleaned prior, this is something housekeeping should’ve noticed if the tub was actually cleaned. Towels had hair on them as well. Not worth the price.

There was a group of people who sounded like they were filming an adult video next to our room. We heard exaggerated moaning and slapping sounds from multiple people while were trying to sleep. Disgusting experience.

Check in was slow. Only one clerk at desk. Otherwise the stay was fine. Our end of the wing was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating! The place was very clean and smelled nice.

Property was really nice but throughout was in need of repairs especially ceilings and walls, staff is phenomenal, rooms were very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast and dining area very clean and exceptional!!
