This was our second stay at The Flanders’s Hotel having stayed 9 years ago. Really can’t fault this hotel. The staff are just lovely, the rooms sophisticated with everything one needs and the breakfast just amazing. The location is just a few minutes walk into the centre of Bruges, with interesting bars and restaurants lining the streets. This hotel has everything to offer anyone wanting a wonderful stay in beautiful Bruges.

We had a very good stay at Flanders Hotel. We chose to eat out instead of in due to the short time we had in Bruges but the breakfast and dinner room looked appealing and the staff was very kind. We spent one late evening at the hotel bar, which has a very relaxed atmosphere and our bartender Michael was a great host with a healthy dose of wit and excellent skills to whip up the most delicious cocktails. The hotel is situated just off the busy tourist area. The room was clean, fresh and quiet. Though the bed was a tad to firm to me and my wife’s liking. Ane that’s the one thing why I cannot rate 5 stars… I would come again though because there is still much left to explore and discover in beautiful and gastronomical Bruges.

It was a lovely hotel. I have no complaints and they were really nice. My only reason for giving 4 stars not 5 is that the room was a bit smaller than I expected. But otherwise, perfect. Bruges is lovely too, and it takes only 10 mins or so to walk to the Belfry, which feels like the city centre. The other possible centres -- churches - are a similar distance away. We parked onsite which was about 2 euros more than the public car park, and it was worth it as it was super convenient. It seems quite reasonable to eat out, excluding drinks around 25 euros for set menu. We loved the boat trip and going up the Belfry.

This is our 8th visit to this Hotel, it never fails to impress; Clean, comfortable, wonderful service, excellent parking, great breakfast. The Hotel and its welcoming Bar are in an excellent location for enjoying Bruges, we will return again

We had a wonderful stay at The Flanders Hotel. The reception was fabulous as the two ladies that helped us were so friendly. Michael in the bar was fantastic as well. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend staying here while visiting Bruge.

We arrived quite late in the day and were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who checked us in then gave us a map of Brugge and marked up the places we wanted to visit which was most helpful. Our room on the 1st floor was spacious, clean and modern, with tea and coffee making facilities, a mini bar which we used as a fridge, a decent tv and a really comfortable, large bed. Breakfast was fantastic with everything you could want. The bar was really pleasant but quiet when we were there but then it was a very soggy Wednesday in February! All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely welcome, rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. With mini bar and tea making facilities. Great location for walking into town. Nice buffet breakfast, and cosy comfortable bar. Overall wonderful!

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and always make us feel welcome. The hotel is so convenient for the centre and yet the rooms are nice and quiet. Off road parking is a plus this close to the centre. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. One day we will try the swimming pool! Looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly & helpful. The rooms have been upgraded and are superior quality and very comfortable. The location is great - easy walking distance everywhere. The bar is great for drinks and relaxing after a day out. Would highly recommend

Such a lovely little hotel. The hotel staff at reception were very welcoming. The hotel was in such a good location with a couple minutes walk to most shops, bars and restaurants. It was the perfect location to visit the Christmas markets too. If anyone is coming to Bruges, I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. It was delightful. We paid for parking at the hotel which was great. I think for the ease of parking outside the hotel, in a carpark that has cameras watching all the time, €22 a night was good. The room was very spacious and had a lovely big bed. The bathroom was also big and had a double sink space. The only downside was that for such a nice hotel, they could have had shower screens instead of a shower curtain. We had a dip in the pool which was nice. The hotel provided towels by the pool. It was a little cold in the pool but if it was few degrees more it would have been perfect. We had drinks in the bar on a Saturday Evening. The bar man was very friendly and was willing to make most drinks. The bar snacks were lovely too. He was very accommodating.

We had a delightful stay and enjoyed delicious breakfasts and a couple of swims in the lovely warm pool. My husband was very touched at his birthday chocolates from you. The staff went above and beyond helpfulness.

The staff were really helpful all questions answered also the breakfast was really nice with loads to choose from hot and cold. Would definitely stay again

Didn’t start well by the receptionist not being aware of a disabled toilet on the ground floor near the reception area. On one occasion an empty bottle was not cleared from our room. One sugar sachet was left on another day but 6 or 7 packets of creamer was left. Minor things but the room was over €1000 for three nights and 4 stars. The bar wqs nice and the hotel is in a good location.

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Very clean, spacious room. Massive, comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, and biscuits in room. Small fridge, safe and lots of storage space. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Good location for exploring. Supermarket nearby. Would recommend for anyone visiting Brugge.
