Excellent central location. Very friendly and helpful staff even with a language barrier. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we did the W trek. The room itself was cosy, warm and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and was opened early for people getting the bus to the W, another unexpected bonus. Excellent value for money, would stay again (we tried to but not surprised that they were fully booked!)

We were only passing through town for one night so this place did the job. The location is very convenient in the heart of town right next to shops, pharmacy and a large supermarket. The rooms are very basic but more importantly they were very CLEAN. The smell of cleaning product and bleach was a bit overwhelming at first but at least we knew they'd done a thorough job. Decent spread for breakfast. Reception staff friendly but no english spoken.

The hotel says it is the oldest in Puerto Natales, a gateway to Torres del Paine, and it looks the part. It seems to meet the needs of backpacking groups and perhaps we just got a bad room that has seen better days but perhaps hasn’t had many good days. The staff is nice though and eager to please.

Not great experience. There was hair in the shower and some suitcase label on the floor. They also have us a super super hard time with the payment. They are very specific with the cards they accept. They do not inform you about the extra fees they would charge. If paying with cash, a tiny tiny little spot from ink will make the notes not acceptable, same if they are a bit older ones, I’ve never experienced that in my life. After checking many of our notes, they kept “the best” however 15 min later came to knock in our doors to complain about one of the notes (this happening close to 11pm - unbelievable). In the breakfast, I had to checked 4 cups to get one clean, same with the spoons. How’s this place a 3-star hotel? Quite loud right outside the rooms as well.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very spacious room, comfortable beds, everything very clean. A very serious drawback was the heating that never managed to warm our room, we were cold. Although we did notice it from the first night and the hotel staff checked that the radiator in the room was barely warm, only the last night the lady at the reception provided us with an electric heater and that solved the problem. The heating in the dining room, reception and living room were good, it came out of the room and the temperature was good in all rooms. Besides, I would recommend doing something with the tub, it is somewhat slippery.

La ubicación del hotel en Puerto Natales es muy céntrica, lo cual es conveniente. Sin embargo, la decoración y los muebles son viejos, lo que da una sensación de descuido. Las habitaciones son incómodas y tienen poco espacio para las maletas, lo que las hace poco prácticas para estancias más largas. La limpieza era justa, nada destacable, y el ruido por las noches fue un gran problema: se escuchan muchos coches, y parecía que hacían carreras, lo que dificultó descansar adecuadamente. Por otro lado, el trato del personal fue muy agradable, lo único realmente positivo de nuestra estadía. El desayuno es muy básico, sin mucha variedad. Además, no cuentan con ascensor, lo que puede ser incómodo si llevas equipaje pesado. Como punto positivo, es posible aparcar frente al hotel sin coste adicional. Por todo el conjunto, nos pareció un lugar caro para lo que ofrece, y en general, me decepcionó.

Café da manhã é bem honesto, tem pães, bolo, café, chá! Inclusive sai mais cedo se tiver que ir aos passeios. A localização do hotel é central, perto de tudo. A equipe é atenciosa. O quarto é bem confortável com ótima roupa de cama. Recomendo a estadia.
