Economical and practical, comfortable enough but best for convenience rather than luxury. Ideal for stop over on the way

The hotel has been recently taken over by Prestige Hotels. Still had Pacific Suites Sign so was confusing, it’s a little tired now, but assume Prestige will update.

Different owners from when we booked in January. Price has nearly doubled and continental breakfast no longer available. Friendly helpful staff. Moon Wok restaurant excellent.

This is everything you could ask for in a budget hotel. The staff was great upon arrival and when checking out. The room was clean and in good repair. Most important the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Good service. Nice to use the pool from the prestige hotel. However, no breakfast offered any more.

Staff were super. Building is on the older side but can’t beat the location. Very affordable for the family travellers

The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in went smoothly, the room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Very large, comfortable bed, warm bathroom, hot shower, cold fridge. When we had to book a second night unexpectedly because of a snowstorm, they gave us the same excellent rate for the second night. Several very good restaurants within easy walking distance, even in the snow. We'll definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

It was a pleasant stay during our trip to SunPeaks during the snow season. The staff were helpful and welcoming. the place was very clean. The breakfast could be better, with more options.

Nice property. Was better when it had continental breakfast. Coffee was nice but lukewarm

As soon as you enter the room you can smell chemical . The bedsheets also smell chemicals couldn’t sleep all night because of sweating and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping I would rather pay little extra and stay at some branded hotels

Showing signs of wear and tear. Upholstery on couch needed cleaned. Bathtub needed scrubbed, and there is still no closet door on room 254. You're looking at the access wall to the bathtub that has been duct taped into place.

Nice room but heater was turned very low on arrival. Took 2 hours to heat room. TV had to be reset each time it was turned on. Entry card had to be reset after 24 hours. Room did not receive housekeeping during stay. I think I got a different room than I selected but beds were very comfortable. Despite these items I’d stay there again

Cleanliness was less than adequate: hair strands were visible in the washroom, the carpet didn’t look clean, there were tapes in the room walls to stick it together in places, carpet was loosening from walls. Face tissue paper was also missing from the room. Not going to be in Pacific Inn for next time around.

Was very quiet and clean. Continental breakfast was rather slim, could use improvent. Some touch up paint in places would help too.
