Country hotel, great environment, hot spring features

Large room, very well furnished and decored. Wonderful breakfast with home made products. Restaurant and bar very good and not too expensive. Hope we'll come back. For a four stars hotel, flip flops to access the spa could be included in the room price.

Absolutely brilliant place. This hotel is placed in a stunning and beautiful area. The facilities, outdoor pool with yacuzzi, indoor pool, spa… are amazing. The room we stayed in (with a wooden balcony) was superb, very comfortable and beautiful decoration. The entire hotel has a great, tasteful decoration and in every detail. The food was top quality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The owners, Eve and husband great ever so amazing and gave us great recommendations.I would say this is by far one of the best 4 stars hotel, I’ve been, absolutely top quality and a little gem in a natural and beautiful natural park. I will definitively be back again. Plus with visiting the thermal bath just 60metres away. Also, great for stunning scenery hikes, when you take the funicular in Vals towards a reservoir. This place is a hidden gem in the Swiss Alps - I was invited for my birthday do spend a weekend in Vals and my wife made reservations in the hotel. The room was super modern but very "alpen chic" stylish, the staff is very friendly and is fully focused on their guests, brunch buffet is super nice and there is almost everything on the buffet you are looking for. The SPA area is little but cozy with a very nice garden area. Since the November 2022 is everything else than chilly - we even enjoyed sun bathing in the garden. For me for sure a place to come back again.

I can't say enough great things about this place! First of all, Evi and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious with a breathtaking view. The beds are super comfortable. Our experiences at the restaurants and bar were nothing short of awesome (shoutout to Daniel and Gabor for being great!). And finally, the wellness area was our favorite part: a lovely small spa with a couple of pools and relaxing spots with beautiful views of the valley. On top of that, the hotel is 10 mins away from the gondola that takes you to Gadastatt and 2 mins away by foot from the Thermal baths. It's simple, if you visit Vals, you must stay here.

Perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the nature.the service extraordinaire and very friendly.....also i was veery happy to find out that the kitchen chef is romanian...so..i wasnt feel to far away from home..thank you for the good times and food....Constatin and all the staff....happy new year

Perfect stay to reload energy for future. Really good equiped spa area. The outdoor pool looks extraordiany with snowy weather. Indoor pool big enough to enjoy swimming. Breakfasts were so well prepared-the best I have ever experiened (proseco included ;) and kittchen facility to cook your own scrambled eggs).

Thank you very much for the loving and family-like care. Everything was wonderful! The Easter special offer can only be recommended. The price/performance ratio is top notch and left nothing to be desired! This was the second or third time we have visited as guests!

First-class family-run hotel where hospitality is not only a priority, but is lived out every day. Beautiful wellness facilities for relaxing, directly on the cross-country ski trail for active sports and within walking distance of the thermal baths. What is particularly special is the kitchen, which mainly uses regional and local products. Our highlight was the variety of different types of bread baked fresh every day for breakfast. The Hotel Rovanada is a place of power in the mountains, where modernity and tradition are combined and a special relaxing effect is guaranteed.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for a few nights over Chris**as. We had booked half board. All the staff were very nice and everything worked perfectly. We had an 'Exclusive' double room. The room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom etc. were also top notch. Everything was very clean. The meals were delicious. There was a huge selection of food at breakfast. We can highly recommend the hotel.

Wonderful hotel, which is run with a lot of love. All the staff, right up to the owners, are extremely friendly and accommodating. Every member of staff even congratulated me on my birthday and gave me a sweet surprise in the evening. So attentive and kind. The food was top-notch, as was the spa area. A few more loungers would not have been bad, but that didn't detract from the beautiful pool area. The room on the ground floor had a bit of a view, but otherwise it was very clean and comfortable. We thought it was great that you could choose your own wine in the wine shop and the half board with the 3 a la carte dishes to choose from. We will definitely be back. Keep up the good work

Friendly and family-like in a great hotel with attention to detail. The indoor pool is open 24 hours. Good wellness offers. Friendly and courteous staff. I recommend booking an all-inclusive package directly through the hotel website. It costs a little more than online providers, but also includes more services.

Nice hotel with everything you need. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and very kind staff. Rich breakfast with everything you could want. Spa with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath, possibility of massages. We had a really good time. The only small flaw: for breakfast you have to cook your own omelettes Ps it's a bit out of town: (10 min walk)
