A simple stay. The room was nice. They need more work on cleanliness. I had to request another comforter as my had dirt and hair on it. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Service was hit or miss. The gentleman at check-in was rude and didn't listen when I told him I prepaid. He charged my card again instead of just places it in hold for incidentals. I had to have the manager correct it the next morning. It took some time but she was nice.

It was comfortable. Getting to the hotel was a bit tricky, only because I am not use to frontage roads being two way. We did find it. All staff was nice except one. I didn’t get her name but she was on duty right before Caitlin. Caitlin was helpful.

We arrived at the hotel at 3:45PM, but the room wasn't ready. They said it would be an hour or so. They did offer us the breakfast for free, but it aggravated me because we were tired from travel.

Beautiful comfortable safe hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Service was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again when on travel.

LOVED the room. It's been a minute since staying at a Holiday Inn and i LOVE what has been upgraded. I think on the stars ya'll sre given a 3 that seriously needes yo be reconsidered. A 4 st yhe least. From the parking lot to yhe room i wad very imoressed. Snd the restaurant staff and food YES. Hats off to the chef. Tracy was an awesome welcome host. And the other attendent who gave me the blanket...100% Lafayette, LA Holiday Inn is the boom. Thank you gor having us

The hotel was ok. The room colors and decor were hideous. The shower looked dirty. It may have been clean but it just looked dirty. Flushing the commode almost required ear plugs. It’s a decent hotel just not pleasing to the eyes. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This was by far the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in! Fabulous and friendly staff at the desk and restaurant. Food was excellent, surprising for the usual hotel bistro. A real chef in the kitchen! Will stay here again!!

I always love and enjoy my stay there I never wanna leave my room wish I could just stay there so comfortable and it has that home feel.

Mini fridge didn’t work. A/C was loud. Front desk could only say fridge should work but maintenance was gone for the day. Hotel was clean & comfortable.

Had breakfast at hotel. The wait staff was excellent especially the african american woman. She made my morning. The list of offsite restaurants very helpful after a Sunday evening arrival

Check in was smooth, the room was nice, staff was friendly. Phil at the bar/grill went above and beyond. I was wuped out feom being kn the road and despite it not being something thwy normally do, he brought my food order up to our room on the third floor wothoit asking.

Clean and above average quality at this price point. Staff was excellent.
