Great location, close to Grand Place etc. You can rest assured that the staff speaks English well, and the wifi is not weak. However, there is no elevator and the walls are thin so you might be a bit noisy. Enough accommodation for a solo traveler

Great location, in the heart of Brussels. Small room, no breakfast, smelt from the wc.

The only thing I can complaint about it was the fact that it was extremely cold out and the one little heater had a hard time warming up the room. That being said, the hotel is well located and clean. Good price and friendly staff

Close to the central train station and within walking distance to the hill of arts and the Grand-Place. Many restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Disappointed that there is no elevator.

This particular hotel should not be on *******. I have not canceled nor been disappointed on any hotel that i booked with this site. The picture is mis leading and the information is not completely transparent. Its says on the site “NO LIFT ON THE FASCILITY” but it did jot disclosed you have to climbed a steep stairs of more than 13 steps with a very tiny narrow landing being used as a reception. Then you have to climb another steep stairs to god where ever is your room. The place looks like a motel than a hotel. The guy on the front desk was very rude. I ask him how are we going to go up i have two seniors with me and 6 large luggages. That guy all he said well it says on our website no lift. No apologies or offer that i will take care of your stuff. I ended up cancelling my whole booking and he charged me for the first day of $123 euros. With 6 luggage’s and two seniors i have to run around the nearby hotel vicinity if there was any available room. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. AND PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. It's a dumpster, no elevator, dirty blanket, and they want the key left at the front desk when you go out. ******* this hotel shouldn't be in your list.

The location is GREAT! A few steps out the door and you're in the Palace. Tons of shopping and food options. Room was clean, with funny animal blankets. The building has a lot of stairs though.

The location is really good, central and near the central Station... However thats the only good in it. Not very clean, the faucets are detaching from the wall, lack of maintenance... And the weirdest part is that every time you leave the hotel you need to leave the key in the reception which doesnt leave anyone safe with leaving anything in the room...

Worst hotel I've ever been. Curtains have not been washed for a long time and were broken. The toilet was not flushed with still paper in it, the mattress was saggy, in general the room was not worth the money. Such a mess should not be called a hotel.

This hotel gets bonus points for being inexpensive and very close to Brussel's hot spot. It was easy for me to come and go without worrying about buying chocolate and carrying it around with me all day. The Grand Palace is not even two minutes away and there's no shortage of nearby spots for beer, fries, waffles and chocolate. The only odd thing is you have to drop off your key at the front desk whenever you leave, but someone's working 24 hours per day and it's not a major issue. I traveled alone and was satisfied with my room, which had one bed and its own bathroom. My window faced an alley in the back, but that's fine since the alternative would've exposed me to noise from the main area.

The location is great, but the hotel itself is so so. No elevator. Small bathroom. Small room. There was hair in the bathroom, so it didn't seem very clean.
