Best Hotels in Brussels

It is really an amazing hotel . Location is perfect and almost all attractions can be reached on foot . Rooms are clean and beds are so soft. You also can find some toiletries (that is actually good because some hotels don’t have it ) .Breakfast was so delicious, and actually quite big choice of different dishes. In the evening you actually don’t need to look for some restaurant or the bar because you can already find it on the first floor of hotel ( but if course it’s quite in room so no worries). Definitely will return to this hotel .

One little point was the lamp for the mirror at the washing box, which was hanging too low. (Dysfunction make up when the lamp is hanging before your face) And another missing was a lack of clothing box, so it was more difficult if you sleep for more than one or two days. The bed was beautiful, the shower was good, the kitchen was well equipped for coffee and tea. The location was perfect, walking distance from the Great Market and a good food options nearby!

A well-appointed hotel with thoughtful service—not luxurious but very comfortable, and a great location—near high-end shopping, convenient to public transportation, and easy walking distance to a number of cultural attractions and good restaurants. A quite nice breakfast as well. I would happily stay there again.

We thought our stay at the hotel was close to excellent. Our only issue was that housekeeping did not refill the coffee station everyday. We were missing coffee some days and creamer on others. As Americans, we would have loved an ice machine but understand that that is not as important to Europeans. The location was great and in a nice area. Staff was helpful.

One stone away from Grand Place. A lot of eateries and very center and Was able to Visit what I wanted to see in Brussels. The hotel itself screams history and art. The very detail of every corner of the entire hotel tells a story. We even met the very humble and nice owner. All staff was also nice and gives us a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back again. The best thing about the hotel was the buffet, everything was freshly made and of good quality. If you want something else that they don't have, you can ask without any problem and they will surely be able to do it for you. As for the cleaning service, it was a disaster. The kid stained the bed with bread crumbs and when they came back all they had done was make the bed, not even shake the bed. The crumbs that we had to throw on the floor stayed there for the 3 days of our stay because nobody swept them up… So I don't want to think about whether they changed our sheets or not when the baby wet himself… (although I put a note warning about it). For a 4 star NH… the 2 Spanish channels were pretty bad… And they can't even boast of having a 24 hour gym open when you want to go down one day and they tell you that it's not open until 8:30 that day… The location and the staff are perfect!!

+ Free chocolates at the reception, my son was thrilled about this. Very delicious food at the restaurant on the first floor - mussels were perfect. Breakfast is superb and has everything you could wish for, even the sparkling. Room is comfortable, coffee machine, tv with YouTube access. The location is very central, 5 min walk to the main square. - We booked this hotel especially because it showed the bathtub in the room. But we got no tub in the room . They said there are only few rooms of this category with the tubs and they are occupied. A bit disappointed. Another thing is that we had a dinner in the hotel and we forgot our personal thing there. We wrote our room number at the bill, so we kind of expected that our belongings would be delivered to our room . It didn’t happen, so we had to go and look for our things the next morning. It was a bit weird, cause you expect that Marriott takes a better care about their guests . All in all, it’s a standard good hotel.

Having to change my travel plans last minute was a challenge but I'm glad to have had the opportunity to stay at the Warwick in Brussels. The check in was seamless and the concierge staff was welcoming with the whole check in process. The only thing that was off was the entertainment system that wasn't plugged in and setup in the room so I had to trouble shoot the tv

Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away. The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it. (Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.
