Large room, large shower but the water had probably a lot of limestone and other irritants so much that my girlfriend and I became blond at the end of the holiday, and I suggest to male available some eye drops because the eyes after the shower immediately became very reddened and swollen, as an Italian I really appreciated the presence of the bidet, lack of privacy because we had two windows that didn't even close completely and we had only one transparent white curtain available, and that was a passage area and everyone could see us inside. We thank the honesty of those who welcomed us and warned about the possibility of receiving unexpected visits: ”thieves and clochards” and for safety they also wrote it inside the room, just right on the wall indicating the exact point from which they would enter. At 59 this was my first stay at a hostel and I have to say it was fantastic. This one was situated in a perfect location next to the Basilica and easy to get anywhere either by walking, bus or the metro. I was staying close to a dental clinic that I was having treatment at which was less than a 5 minute walk. The hostel itself is a beautiful building and was kept exceptionally clean. I shared a room of 10 and saw many come and go as many were only there for a night. Although sleep wasn’t great due to the number of young people it was something I resigned myself to and not let it bother me. I’m nosy as hell so couldn’t wait to find out names, countries of origin and where they’d travelled. I understand there are many standards of hostel and I’m happy to say that this was great. It had a fully fitted kitchen, washing facilities and thankfully air conditioning as it was high 30 to 40 degrees. The staff were very kind and helpful and run a very organized ship. Thanks all for a great first time experience and rest assured I will be back ❤️❤️❤️

This was our first time in Budapest and this hotel was the perfect location, just a block from St. Stephens Basilica and walking distance to everything. It was sparkling clean, had friendly staff and was everything we needed at an affordable price. We paid the extra small fee for the breakfast which was an easy way to start the day.

Excelent place to stay close to everything plus Metro and the rooms are enought to sleep and having breakfast with good quality. The staff is quite good and very friendly and spend the correct attention to details. I recommend this hotel for travelers since they can by walk give a turist view of all the important places (I try to do it everytime I'm there)

Facilities: Simple, the room is very simple, a bed, 2 small quilts, 2 chairs, a round table, and a wardrobe. Hygiene: To be fair, you must bring your own toiletries. The hotel does not have slippers, toothbrushes, towels and bath towels, no conditioner, but shampoo. Environment: It is an old hotel. You can see the bridge by opening the window. The scenery is very good. I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t bring a charger and my phone ran out of battery.📷 Service: Nothing to Serve The street next to the hotel is very convenient for eating. You can go shopping in the pedestrian street. There are places to exchange foreign currency everywhere. The price is higher than the airport. It is recommended to exchange money in advance. Generally speaking, the price is very suitable. Temporary accommodation is fine for business trips. Don’t consider it if you have high requirements. If you want to save money, you can accept it.

the hotel was really good, room service everyday bringing clean towels and tidying up. quick and easy service and check in. location was not the best because its not that close to the main attractions, however a 20 minute walk to the city centre isn't that much. lovely stay!

To say, it's still worth it There was a problem with my check-in that day. I would like to praise Ctrip's customer service. Although there is a time difference, they helped me coordinate as soon as possible. I finally checked in successfully. Due to objective reasons, the front desk of the merchant waited for us at the door, apologizing and helping me with my luggage. At that time, their sincerity was already felt. At this price it would be really difficult to beat this hotel. Even though the rooms are a little old-fashioned, everything was clean, the view was great and there was air conditioning. It is in quiet area and beds are really comfortable so we got a good night sleep. If you are looking for a hotel at a reasonable price and dont mind walking a bit to get to the city center it is a really good choice.
