Good hotel, the only thing that breakfast is from 7
We were leaving at 6:30, we asked the girl at the reception if we could have a coffee before and she told us YES. But when we went down in the morning the receptionist told us NO.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. But the drainage in the shower was blocked and water didn’t go away as smooth as it should. Light was too dim in the room.

Centrally located hotel in San Telmo, short walking distance from all the mayor sights. Quiet street, amazing helpful staff that spoke very well English. Big rooms and a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Enough place to store all our big suitcases and still have enough place to move around freely in the room.

located just a few blocks off 9th of july avenue, its fairly close to a lot of things... being about equally distant between some of the big attractions...but its a very big city, so be prepared to walk or get transportation. a good business type hotel

This is a good hotel. Centrally located. Near the main square & the downtown. Line 8's bus stop is near the hotel, which goes to the EZE airport. Staff are helpful.

Great hotel, perfect location, clean and comfortable. Huge bed. The staff were all great, felt like a 4 star at least. With a few more amenities I’m sure it would be. Really recommend. Good value for money.

The front desk receptionists are very polite and friendly and allowed us to store luggages when we arrived before check in time. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, good rooms, decent Wi-Fi (at times gone in the rooms), delicious breakfast. I found a good deal, read reviews and went for it. Don’t regret it. Close to subways, important landmarks, nice friendly staff

Would you want to stay at a hotel where Staff are apparently NOT TRUSTWORTHY? The most important criteria in hotel selection when I am travelling is SECURITY and SAFETY. We forgot a few items in our closet on check out but contacted the hotel to alert them within the hour and telephoned after about six hours. Staff were uninterested in helping, new nothing and could not find the items. No lost and found. It was obvious that everyone at the hotel new there was no point, even after 1 hour, of getting out items back. Now why is that?
