room is a bit small. 2 bottles of water only supply on first day.

The employees have been very attentive at all times, despite the bad experiences. Bad experiences such as extreme heat in the room, dogs barking at night, guests screaming, etc.

Incredible unification

A perfect stay, attention for 10 people and a room that highlights the pet license. Perfect location with a parking space in the blue area.

Cheap, cold and worn-out furniture. Reading lamp missing on one side of the bed, cable loose on the other side. Bad smell in the room. Definitely not worth the price.

The hotel is very well located, we had the quadruple room which was large and the beds were comfy. It gave to an inner courtyard which made it quiet since the hotel a on a busy street. To be picky, the only thing I did not like was the decoration inside being ultra modern in an art deco historic building. Other than that it was a great propriety though we only enjoyed it for one night.

Lovely hotel accross from Parque Retiro and 10 minute walk to the Prado. Comfortable and clean with a truly excellent breakfast buffet. Álvaro and Juan Carlos at the front desk were gracious and helpful.

Second time at this hotel and it was just as comfortable as the first. Great location and value, good breakfast, easy bar/restaurant. The staff is kind and courteous, especially Lucia at the desk and the gentlemen in the restaurants.

The stay was fine, it was clean and the service is very good. However, the room was quite old and the air circulation was very bad. The temperature regulation didn’t work. We had to sleep with the window open to get proper air circulation and to cool the room down. The double bed was also very small and made a terrible noise (like very old beds). Again, the hotel is fine. My expectations were very high based on the price and location of the hotel, but we were quite disappointed

It’s across from park but this property is a 2 star max. Old dirty carpets, room was depressing, too hot at night. Not enough seating in breakfast area so we could never eat. Not proper welcome or directions by the staff about lobby or facilities.

Good hotel. Good breakfast with variety and comfort. Clean. Good service. The only complain is the magnetic key to the room. It works only after 5-6 tries.

Great location. Big room for European standards. Room needs a little renewal there was mold in the shower.

Very wasy check in. First time in Madrid. Everyone was very helpful suggesting things to do and transportation options. Very nice room, everything worked. Breakfast buffet was one the best we've ever had.

it is very convenient to the prado, and right across the street from a remarkable park.....those were the main attractions. plus it's in a lovely building
