room is a bit small.  2 bottles of water only supply on first day.

Los empleados han sido muy atentos en todo momento, a pesar de las malas experiencias vividas. 

Malas experiencias como el calor extremo de la habitación, perros ladrando por las noches, huéspedes gritando, etc

The employees have been very attentive at all times, despite the bad experiences.

Bad experiences such as extreme heat in the room, dogs barking at night, guests screaming, etc.

Una estancia perfecta,la atención  de 10 así como la habitación, destacando el permiso de mascotas.
La ubicación  perfecta, con sitio en zona azul para aparcar.

A perfect stay, attention for 10 people and a room that highlights the pet license.

Absolutely loved this hotel.  It was perfect for a couple traveling with their children.  We stayed for a week, the location was amazing across the street from The amazingly beautiful Retiro park.  The staff was great, rooms cleaned very well. We had the included breakfast which was great lots of choices.  Can’t say enough about it.  Having a junior suite with separate bedroom and huge separate space for sitting and bunk beds was key for us to have a wonderful week! Would definitely return!

The hotel service is very good, the location is also very good, the house has high ceilings and a small balcony.

The breakfast is simple but delicious and the staff is enthusiastic.

There is an access control at the door, and guests need to swipe their door card to enter. Those who do not check in need to ring the doorbell and ask the front desk to open the door, which is more secure.

The only drawback is the lack of supermarket accessories.

The Petit Palace Savoy Alfonso XII exceeded our expectations.  It is a lovely boutique hotel located across the street from Retiro Park which is a beautiful park and an attraction to see.  The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly.  Our room was spacious and modern.
